I had an excellent experience at Elk Grove Optometry, and I can't recommend Dr. Andrew Kageyama highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Kageyama was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the exam and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It never felt rushed--he was clearly focused on making sure I understood my eye health and felt confident in my prescription and options. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how personable and attentive he was. Dr. Kageyama made the whole appointment comfortable and easy, and it's clear he truly cares about his patients. The office also uses modern equipment and keeps everything running smoothly, which made the visit efficient without sacrificing quality. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough optometrist, Dr. Andrew Kageyama at Elk Grove Optometry is an excellent choice. I'm very glad I found this practice and will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent first experience with this optometrist. Dr and front/back office staff are amazing. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Really shined above the rest in the Elk Grove area that I have been to, as far as service and technology. The only downside for me is the hours and availability, they do not do weekend appointments and the latest appointment available on a weekday is 4:00 p.m.. that makes it pretty difficult to maneuver around with our varying work and school hours, but even with that inconvenience I'm still staying! Highly recommend and I am looking forward to getting the rest of my family in for appointments!

Dr. Andrew Kageyama and all of the front office staff are always so kind, helpful, and genuine. I appreciate their help in finding frames and doctor's thorough examine, and honest recommendations. I had a great experience at Elk Grove Optometry. The staff was friendly from start to finish, and the doctor was super welcoming and easy to talk to. The office has a nice, comfortable environment and lots of high-tech machines, which made the appointment feel very thorough. I'm so happy with my visit and would definitely recommend them!

Have had a wonderful experience with all of the doctors in this office, as well as staff. My entire family sees them over the past ten years for routine visits. Between patience with my youngest child with autism, myself being accident prone and having been seen for two different type of emergency eye related accidents, I'm fortunate for this team to have taken care of my self and my family and wouldn't trust another with something as important as our vision and eye related health.

I've been going to Elk Grove Optometry for years. Dr. Kageyama and Tamai are great. Very thorough and communicative regarding your eye health and any treatment you might need. Their staff are very friendly and super helpful in finding the right pair of glasses. They're also knowledgeable regarding your insurance coverage and how to best use it. I always end up with a great pair of glasses in the end.

Dr. Kageyama is an excellent optometrist. I feel confident in his care. He is professional, kind, and thorough. I didn't give 5 stars because I do not believe in perfection, however Dr. Kageyama is very close.
