I've been coming to this optometrist office since I was a child. My optometrist retired and this place is under new ownership. I show up a few minutes late for my appointment, like literally just a couple of minutes. I took off work and drove 30 miles because this was my eye doctors office. They said you will have to reschedule.
Never coming here again. Do not continue to give this place your business if you want to be treated as a patient rather than an appointment slot.

We met Dr. Abby Chin for the very first time (who is Dr. Chin's daughter) and she was very professional. Her demeanor and personality was very much like her dad. She's very sweet and kind. Dr. Abby Chin, listened to my daughter's concerns about her eyes issues and Dr. was able to guide and help her out! She took her time to explain what she noticed and her recommendations. Also to inform my daughter's primary doctor about what she noticed and what she was prescribing. She's very pleasant doctor and I highly recommend Dr. Abby Chin! Thank you Dr. Abby!
