Roxanne M. Lee-Louie, OD

Going to this clinic was an absolute disaster. I would never recommend it to anyone. Last year, I brought my son to Roxanne M. Lee-Louie, OD for orthokeratology (OK lenses). The doctor recommended a "first-year package" that cost almost $2,000, and she clearly stated that after the first year, only a few hundred dollars would be needed each year to replace the lenses. However, the treatment did not significantly improve my son's vision, and when we returned the following year to get new lenses, they suddenly charged the full package price again. When I reminded them of what was promised, both the doctor and her staff refused to honor it and were extremely rude and dismissive. They insisted that even booking a simple follow-up appointment required paying for another full package. As a first time patient I was very satisfied by my visit. I was seen by Dr. Courtney Louie and she's really nice and helpful. Even the receptionists were nice and professional. This is a family owned business and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new optometrist in Sacramento/Elk Grove area.

This is my first time seeing Dr. Lee-Louie and my first time at this facility. Eye exam went well doctor did my exam and afterwards explained everything that was found in a way that I could understand. Then she brought me over to choose some frames for my new reading glasses and all went well. I would recommend them if in need of an optometrist.

Awesome staff and knowledgeable Doctor. When it came time to choose frames, a wide selection was available. They have this advanced machine that scans the inside of your eyes, this lets me know how much damage diabetes is doing to my vision. Thanks again until next year

I have been a patient of Dr. Kingman Louie since I was a teen; and my kids & hubby are also patients. Every visit is pleasant and painless. The staff are always friendly and are helpful. The transition to Dr. Courtney is smooth and I know I'm in good hands. I'd definitely recommend!!

Great customer service! I've been with Dr. Louie for over 40 years. Great family environment, and now I have the pleasure to have to have Dr.Louies daughter as my optometrist, I've known her when she was a baby, and my kids also have her as their optometrist. First time having my eyes examined here. The staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. I felt welcomed and relaxed during my visit. Dr. Lee-Louie was very knowledgeable, professional and took her time to explain each portion of the examination. I didn't feel rushed or hurried. My questions were all answered and never felt pushed or obligated to purchase my frames lenses at their shop. I'll definitely recommend to others her Optometry shop. Great overall experience

Dr Kourtney is great!! Highly recommend her. She took really good care of me. She stepped right into her Fathers shoes who was my Dr for 36 years. Sorry and happy to see him retired. lol. Thanks Doc
