Dr. Ha and her staff are so welcoming and professional. I had so much trouble trying to get my 4 year old seen anywhere else. (literally months) Dr. Ha does and did such a great job during our appointments. She is so knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable and the kids adored her. My family of 5 will be patients here and I think you should as well!!!!! All staff are warm and welcoming. I made an appointment for my youngest son and they were so gracious they were able to also add 2 more appointments to the schedule. After the eye exam, the kids got to pick "treasures" from a treasure box. After, we each picked out our glasses. And went to Labou for lunch!! lol Our glasses arrived in less than 11 days!!!! We are happy with vision care optometry and highly recommend. See you in a few months!!

My first visit here and everyone is genuinely friendly and kind. I didn't feel like I was "just another appointment." Dr Lee was exceptional and thorough, he didn't rush me through but made sure my prescription was spot on. He also took the time to explain solutions to some of my problems I had with glasses from another optician in the past and how they would correct them with my new glasses. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

My husband and I were scheduled for new patient visits. My husband got very sick and I had spent the day running him to urgent care and getting medication. I called and explained exactly what our day had been like and sorry for the inconvenience but I would like to reschedule. They immediately said that we both owed them $50 for a same day cancellation. I asked if they could understand that we didn't predict he'd wake up sick and we still wanted to be patients there but they had zero sympathy or understanding and stuck with the $50 charge. Needless to say we will NEVER get to experience their services but if you're looking for a doctor who understands life happens and unexpected things happen, do NOT pick this place. I could understand if I was already a patient and we had canceled last minute before but we didn't even get a chance to meet the doctor. Terrible decision picking them for our new eye doctor. I can't believe they'd treat potential patients like this. Plus we were going to switch my son over to them as well. They could have gained THREE new patients but chose not to because of their "policy".

They are always so nice and sweet and on top of everything. I can always rely on the fact that I will come in for my eye exam and then be able to pick out a new set of frames without anyone trying to pressure me to select a specific frame or style or brand of glasses from their optometrist. I can pick whatever I am comfortable with and what I want to select and go through with.

I had left my previous optometry over ten years ago and has been here since. I just thought that after ten years, I needed to give my feedback. Besides that, I wanted to share how much I love my blue-light glasses. Even though I haven't warn glasses over 18 years since I had my lasik surgery, I love how stylish these look. That's one of the reasons I love this place because of the wide selection and the choices in names brands. The staff at VisionCare has always been respectful and helpful. They always made sure I got what I needed and only gave suggestions for glasses when I asked. I love the previous location and love this new location even more with the improvement and spaciousness. I especially love the shields made into a pair of glasses. Everyone in the office takes precaution and follows all procedures and protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This makes me feel comfort in knowing I am in a welcoming and safe space. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and they also love it. I am in love with these new sunglasses today (1/16/21). I have been waiting for all this fog to go away and the Cali sun to come out to test these Versace sunglasses. They just fit so perfectly and I love the style. Thank you Dr. Ha!

Dr. Ha and her staff are the best in town!! Whenever I come in everyone is always so nice and friendly. Thank you Dr. Ha for getting my vision back to 20/20 with scleral lenses. Thank you staff for being so nice and kind every time I come in. I haven't had 20/20 vision since I was young so thank you so much! You're the best and will be going here from here on out. Also, you can tell Dr. Ha's passion and that she really cares about her patients needs and to get her patients vision back to 20/20 vision if not close to it.

I'm a patient here and have been for about 3 years now. I would definitely recommend this practice. The office is clean, the reception staff are welcoming and always greet me with a smile. They have a great selection of styles and brands with glasses so I really like that because I like larger frames. The doctor is amazing she is always thorough and answers all of my questions. Actually all of the staff are that way. The doctor makes me feel like she actually cares about her patients as she seems very genuine when I'm in the chair talking with her and she is examining my eyes. I never feel like she is rushing me or that I'm just number in all of her many patients. It seems like that's what healthcare offices & providers has become post COVID however that's never the case here. Thanks Dr H and your team for being so amazing.

VisionCare Optometry is fabulous. They care about their patients and strive to provide amazing customer service. I have been going there for the past 10+ years. I am a glasses woman and love the red ones. Since they know this about me they make it a point to let me know when new ones come in. Since I am Diabetic they take extra care to ensure I keep up with my Diabetic eye exams. I love Dr Ha and her team.
