VisionWorks Doctors of Optometry in Elk Grove has been taking care of my eye checkups and eyeglasses since they opened in the Sacramento area last year. I had my last eye exam a few days ago on a Saturday morning with Dr. Cindy Lam. She is very professional and careful. I received her excellent and attentive care. The experience is very similar to my last visit in 2023. All the workers were amiable and helpful. I received excellent service and advice from everyone there. VisionWorks in Elk Grove is one of the best companies I have ever been visiting!

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The doctor was rushing through the vision test because there were many patients waiting, and as a result, my prescription was incorrect. I now have to return to have it fixed. I wanted to share this feedback so the issue can be addressed.

Visionworks did a pop up at my companies campus and I'm so glad they did! I have had the same optometrist since birth who recently retired so it was perfect timing!
The exams are so thorough and modern! I absolutely loved my experience start to finish.
The office personnel are so friendly and helpful! They are very genuine and personable.
I've always wanted color contacts and was told I couldn't have them because wig my astigmatism but they gave me alternative options that allows me to have them. I was so happy.
I also brought my son in for his first time ever and they did such a great job with his exam and frames!
Definitely family friendly here!
