This place is amazing. I got pulled back to see the doctor almost as soon as I got there. Natalie took such great care before I saw Dr Basi, who was super nice and knowledgeable making sure I could not only see clearly but also that my eyes were health. Then Jennie and Sarah were able to help get some really nice glasses while I was there and worked with my insurance to make sure I got a good deal, can't wait to get them!

They didn't verify my insurance before my exam, and it turned out they were out of network, so I had to pay out of pocket for both the exam and contact lenses. Additionally, I waited 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, and the entire visit felt longer than any other eye appointments I've had in the past. Despite this, the customer service was good, which is why I rated them 3 stars instead of 2.
