I walked in because the giant sign on the door says "2 pairs of glasses + eye exam for $79." Sounds simple, right? Nope. I already have Ray-Ban aviators with prescription lenses and just wanted to replace the scratched lenses. Not a new frame. Just lenses. The girl behind the counter immediately throws out "$200." No explanation. No questions. Didn't ask if I wanted anti-reflection, polycarbonate, glass, nothing. Just $200 like she pulled the number out of thin air. I asked how she calculated that price. She couldn't explain it. That's basic customer service 101. If you sell optics, you should understand what you're selling. Customer service attitude was cold and dismissive. At one point she even told me I was "yelling," which is nonsense. I was asking normal questions any customer would ask before spending money. They do have a lot of frames, but honestly most of them feel cheap, like $20-$50 quality. That explains the $79 promo -- it's all about pushing budget frames, not helping people who already have quality glasses. Not a complete disaster, but definitely not professional either. If you value real service and knowledgeable staff, you're better off going somewhere like LensCrafters or a proper optical shop. Stanton Optical feels more like a discount factory than a place that actually cares about your eyes.

We had a great experience here at Stanton Optical. We were able to book a same day appointment for an eye exam for my daughter, picked out our glasses same day and walked out the door with the glasses. Nani was also very helpful in working with our budget, considering all the additional upgrades we did. Isn't that amazing? Thank you Stanton Optical.

I recently visited Stanton Optical for an eye exam and to order a new pair of glasses, and I had a fantastic experience largely thanks to Nani. She went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance, even though it was out-of-network. She was incredibly patient and persistent in finding ways to bring down my out-of-pocket costs, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the exam and the ordering process, Nani was kind, polite, and professional. It's rare to find that level of dedicated customer service. If you're heading here, definitely ask for Nani--she'll take great care of you!

Easy breezy beautiful cover girl experience. The sale glasses were cute, my exam was done on site without a wait, my glasses were made in ten minutes. They are offering additional services related to eye health now and I plan to go with Stanton Optical next time. I spent less than one hour and $125. #worth_it

I love the attention from everyone -- they are all so kind and welcoming. They take the time to explain everything clearly and give great instructions. I had an amazing experience with Angel the first time I came here, and the second time I was helped by Nani, who was incredibly sweet and helped me a lot in finding what was perfect for me. The brand manager Nick was super nice and helpful. Helped me and my fiance with brand new glasses under an hour. Everything went so fast and smoothly. They also do affirm which is also so helpful if you're low on cash. Highly recommend I had a great experience and exchange. Left new glasses too!

As a first timer at Stanton, I had an amazing experience. Within an hour I had a thorough eye exam, new & updated prescription, and a new pair of glasses at a cost much lower than I would've paid anywhere else (after doing research on cost effective options). Nick was so helpful and communicative with me about the entire process, pricing, everything!
