My husband and I have been patients here since forever and Dr. Nguyen has been caring and treating my daughters since they were toddlers to teenagers now. Anna is always on top of our coverage and we love the wide stylish selection at their practice. You do get what you pay for guys so don't expect designer frame to be covered by the limited $ your insurance allows. Our insurance switched for one year to the optometry dept in Kaiser and the girls complained so much from the quality of care and their useless glasses. Finally switched back this year to be cared for by Dr. Nguyen & Anna and we are completely happy and at ease. Totally deserved a shout out!

We are visiting from out of state and My son's glasses were crooked and missing a screw and Anna and Monica helped us and fixed it without charge! They were courteous and friendly and professional. Thank you so much for saving the day!

Prescription glasses they sold me for $450.00. I was able to repurchase on line for $217.00 + additional leases for $77.00. I inquired about the cost and I was told I didn't spend $450.00. They said your insurance company paid $200.00 so that isn't considered my money. Best consumer choice buy online or cheaper merchant store. Two pairs for the their cost of one pair, since my insurance isn't considered my money .

I am so glad I found Dr. Nguyen, she is the friendliest most attentive eye doc I have ever had the pleasure to meet! I have ZERO issues referring her to friends and family, because I know she will treat everyone like family! I will never go to another optometrist!

I came here because it was walking distance and because they accepted my medical and I've had a bothersome eye from an injury I obtain that caused a small "abrasion" I'd what the Dr called it. I had a hole in my eye right next to the iris and over rhe course of 2 years my eye developed some kind off scarring that seem to be getting bigger and with it, sensitivity and pain to my eye. This Dr said it was normal scarring if I want it removed to consult a cosmetic eye surgeon because it would be considered a cosmetic problem not a health problem. She advice me to buy otc eye drops and wear protective sunglasses to protect my eyes from the sun rays because that could cause problems. Ok. So I provided with an eye vision exam because i couldn't see well from my I injured eye. The good news my vision wasn't that bad and I proceeded to get some glasses using my medical. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything that I liked from their wide selection of glasses. So I paid for a second pair that came out to be 450. My eye is still the same my vision has gotten worse and their over priced glasses was is ridiculous they don't even offer insurance for the overly priced prescription glasses I wok

The worst customer service I've had, Anna the receptionist made me feel from the first moment I was in the wrong place, first told me that because of the Covid the appointments were almost impossible and suggested to return with my previous optometrist. They probably already have all the customers they need and don't want to have more

Dr was great explain everything in details.. the girl in the front was amazing explain about how my insurance work.. definitely recommend this office.

The doctor is very nice and patient. She explained every details and answered questions that I had. Very professional.
