The office is absolutely beautiful. The entire team is attentive, professional and friendly. Doctor Bayan is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I can tell that my eyes are going to be thanking her. Erica, who helped me with the initial tests and checkout process, is so patient and helpful. The selection of glasses is extensive, with a variety of styles and designers. I highly recommend this optometrist! Best practice I've been to in the two decades I've worn contacts and glasses.

Picking out eyeglass frames was never easier than it was today when I went into Orange County Vision. I come here for eye exams and contact lenses, but kept putting off new frames (because I just get overwhelmed by the maybes). Erika not only suggested several actually perfect frames, but she also was super friendly and patient, listening to my preferences and crunching the numbers to include my insurance. I will be back for future optometry needs; my previous visits for exams and contacts were great, too.

My experience at Orange County Vision Center was great! As a new patient, I was greeted with a warm and polite welcome by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. My time in the lobby, while waiting for an exam room to open up, was also pleasant. The furniture was comfy, there was a monitor cycling through different advertisements for each of the frame designers, and the room felt cool and fresh after being outside on a hot day. After a short wait, I was introduced to Liz, who was responsible for performing the first portion of my eye exam. Liz demonstrated excellent patient care and was very knowledgeable of the high tech imaging machines used by the practice. She was especially helpful in explaining the function and purpose of each machine. After the first portion, I was then greeted by Dr. Eddy Naime. Dr. Naime displayed great care and honesty when coming up with a diagnosis and providing his professional opinion. We talked about my results and images yielded by their equipment, and discussed next steps moving forward. He was warm and made me feel like family even though we had never met before. Dr. Naime informed me that my new prescription would benefit me and reduce my eye strain when performing the normal duties of my profession. After coming up with a plan, I was then sent to Erika who was extremely helpful in walking me through the massive frame selection, answering insightfully to my questions, and assisting me in selecting a pair. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Naime and his awesome crew. Definitely coming back and bringing my people with me. Thank you OC Vision Center!

Absolutely love OC Vision Center! The optometrists here are amazing. They're super thorough and really take their time with you. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. The front staff is just as awesome. Everyone was so friendly and had great energy, which made the whole visit feel super comfortable. The place is really clean and organized, and I love how they have samples of almost every pair of glasses so you can actually try them on before deciding. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that truly cares and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

A most excellent experience! The receptionist that helped me sign in was soft spoken and pleasantly patient. I was then helped by the extremely awesome Erika who happily laughed at my bad jokes. Dr. Alexandra has a very approachable presence that made me instantly comfortable even while she was flashing light into my eyes. An extremely well rounded group of staff at this office who show great care for their patients and the work they do. I give this place two thumbs up.

I love OC Vision center, I've been coming here for years! Great experience overall! Dr. Eddie was kind and thorough during my exam, and Patty helped me with my order and made the whole process super easy. The staff is extremely friendly, the place is so cute, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!.

I had an amazing time here at OC Vision Center! I was treated very well by Miriam and Dr. Eddy Naime. They were very honest and provided me with great education about my prescription and eye issues. I highly recommend and will make this my regular optometrist!

I've been coming here as a kid! We enjoyed Dr Taubman growing up and now we enjoy the brother sister duo Dr Naime(s) :) they give you lots of info to help you get involved and informed about your eye and it's nice seeing familiar faces in the staff. They're very nice, communicative, helpful, and easy to get in touch! You can text them which is the best thing!! I even got my husband to switch over here to join me lol. We got to try 2-3 other eye places over time and it just doesn't compare to here. They've also updated their office and design so it's roomier with good airflow. I love when they help me pick out glasses and they give me their actual opinion to help me narrow it down. Can't go anywhere else!
