Dr. Mehrdad M. Aghai, MD

I tried to make an appointment for my mother, they don't answer..I waited for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to no avail. I know people that are looking for work. If you need a receptionist let me know. You need to hire more than one person to handle your calls. Medical offices should not make patients wait forever for someone to answer their calls. And the restroom is filthy, feces and trash on the floor

I wish I could say what kind of experience I had with this office, but they would need to pick up their phone for me to actually have an experience with them. I've been calling for two weeks daily. And no way to leave a voicemail. And definitely no way to get a human on the phone. I will be reaching out to my plan to get a new doctor.

Easy getting an appointment as a new patient. Greeted with enthusiasm. Intake person was kind and knowledgeable. Wait time was minimal and Dr. Wong was through and informative. I believe you receive what you project - Great experience from the first phone call to the actual appointment. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Dr. Mike Aghai is a great doctor. Friendly, warm and caring. His staff were professional and explained each procedure to me. The staff cleaned the each piece of equipment before I placed my face on it. Dr. Aghai performed the procedure on my eye so efficiently, before I knew he was completed and I was given instructions for next visit. Wait time was challenging. Yet staff kept me informed. I would recommend this doctor.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our son's PCP referred us to Dr. Aghai because my son has an eye infection that won't go away and could be losing his vision. My husband called to schedule an appointment and the woman over the phone was so rude and disrespectful and ultimately hung up in his face. Since I am the primary card holder, I called back an hour later and she told me that we were giving them false information and that my son is not on my insurance and that I owe thousands in medical bills. ALL LIES. Then without allowing me to say a word, she puts me on hold and never came back to the phone. We will be choosing a different specialist, however, I will be reporting this. This is not the first time I have been treated this way when dealing with medical professionals, but unlike other times, I will be fighting back. It is not ok to treat humans this way.

Dr. Aghai is the sweetest. His staff is the worst you'll ever come across. Rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I hate dealing with this clinic! Fortunately I was able to change my mothers health plan to be able to find her a better facility. I cannot wait until I no longer have to deal with them.

Dr. Mehrdad M Aghai is an amazing doctor! He recently performed cataract surgery on my mom, and the results have been amazing. The lens he used was of the highest quality, and it was clearly evident how skilled he was in performing the procedure. My mom's vision has improved greatly, and we are so thankful to have found such a competent doctor. We highly recommend Dr. Aghai for all your cataract surgery needs!

My grandparents go to him because he's down the street to their home but unfortunately his staff is rude, expect you to not be anymore than 15 mins late, yet my grandparents usually have to wait 2+ hours. This is very disrespectful and they should put in consideration other people's time. If it wasn't because they have a hard time driving they would definitely a doctor that has the same services and respects their time.
