Had a fabulous experience today... From the convenient location to the staff... I met with Smantha, (Front desk) Then Maya (assistant) Dr. Lee and then Corina the Optician... Everyone was so kind and caring and professional. Each one had a special role in my eye dr appt. They worked individually and together very cohesively. I would highly reccommed the Gold River branch of EYE center Optometric!!! Kudos to an All Star team!!!

The staff at Eyecenter Gold River are always wonderful. My oldest son is on the Autism spectrum and they are very kind and patient with him. Unique was exceptionally great with my son, including making him hot chocolate while he was waiting for my exam to end.

I just love this place! Been going here for a few years! I really love this place, and forget how much until I go in for another appointment. Atmosphere great, state of the art equipment. All the staff knowledgeable! Up front on costs and not pushy to buy more. Customer service very very good. Costs reasonable.

I have been a patient/customer of Eye Center for years and this facility and staff are top notch....everyone. The staff are very nice and friendly. The optometrists are excellent and considerate and caring for their patients. I highly recommend them for eye care. They accept my VSP insurance.

I really like this center, very nice, intelligent, helpful people work there. I had piece of metal in my eye, they helped me in 5 minutes same day. Quickly and really good job. THANKS A LOT to a doctor and all people who helped me.

Dr Palmer Lee was great with explanations and very friendly as usual. Eric was great at fitting me for glasses and explaining my insurance benefits.

The reception made sure I was being taken care of. The young lady that took me in the back was very nice! The doctor took good care of me and handed me off to someone to assist me in picking out my frames. She was very helpful and patient with picking out what looks best on my face! From beginning to end I was very happy and everyone was very nice!! Thank you!

Staff was friendly and attended to my needs to get a correct prescription. However, When i picked up my order the glasses were ground incorrectly \, my bifocal was not in the correct place and I had to have the office send them back. This has happened to my wife's glasses. She has had to return her glasses 4 times to get a correct prescription which is still not correct. But she has to be able to see and read so she is using them now. We have used the Gold River Office for 30 years and have not had a problem before. But lately the glasses we receive are not useable. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get my new prescription even with a rush order. This is really not acceptable. Something needs to be done to unsure the lab manufactures the glasses correctly. It seems there is a lack of quality control within the manufacturing and when a customer's order enters the office there is no recheck at the delivery point.
