Took my sunglasses in to see if the ear piece arm could be reattached to the frame....Jessica said she would give it a try since it was very loose. I came back in an hour and they were as good as new. I would highly recommend Hollister Optical Eyewear for your eyeglasses needs. Thank you Jessica

I have an older pair of plastic-frame glasses (approximately 4 years old) whose temples have widened and have resulted in a loose fit. Despite their age, the lenses and the rest of the frames had only small amounts of wear and tear on them. I'd hate to get rid of a pair of well-functioning glasses solely because of the loose fit that developed due to the widening temples of the frames. I reached out to Hollister Optical Eyewear to see if they could do anything to help with tightening up the temples. Jessica was able to accommodate my request for an adjustment of the frames. She very amiably explained the adjustments she'd need to make on the frames to have them sit snugly on my head/face. The process took a few minutes. I am extremely pleased with the results and the fact that my lenses no longer slide around my head/face. I will definitely keep Hollister Optical Eyewear at the top of my list for my eyewear needs!
