I went in for an contact lenses fitting as an existing customer. I did my exam 7 months ago and I went in today to get CL fitting. After I was done they offered me some options in which I declined because I only needed my prescription. Once I asked for my prescription their whole attitude changed and they denied giving it me. They wanted me to purchase directly from them. Since I already paid before hand for my prescription legally they had to give it to me but they refused. I filed a complaint through the BBB and through the FTC for fraud. Terrible business. Don't recommend I'm also going to file a complaint through my insurance.

Don't go here it terrible service's. my dad, when there few week ago .he told them that he needed new glasses for the dmv test .to start, they took 3 week to give them the glasses . My father went to Dmv and didn't pass it because they didn't give the paper slip said in that he when's there for new glasses. He called them back, and they charged him 25 more and that nat all today he went to dmv and the person that gave the paper didn't. fill the paper complet wase of time Don't go there

I have been coming here for many years. Ive tried other places in the past but Came back for the great service. They make things easy. The office employees are friendly and very helpful. The other day I came in for a repair and the technician Gus was very helpful and was able to fix my glasses on the spot. Great family atmosphere also. I Definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I bought glasses for my son and since then he has suffered of headaches and glasses don't feel right. I went back and they said everything is fine. The material feels to heavy or cheap. $500 bucks wasted. I really regret coming here. Service is alright but the Optmetrist is like in a hurry to get you out of the office. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Unlike other reviewers, I have had nothing but great service from Alta Vista and they have been one of the few eye care offices I've gone to where I have not had to go back to fix my prescription after receiving my glasses. The Dr. and everyone on staff are so friendly! This was my first eye doctor appointment ever, but they were patient and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at every step! I will definitely visit again!
