Had a very unpleasant experience today my appointment was at 10 am I signed in 10 minutes before & waited patiently in waiting area until 11:40. They were taking long so I checked back with reception turns out Melissa the receptionist did not check me in at all! That's very unprofessional of her, that is her job! I missed work today & paid for extra care of my 2 babies since I have another appointment at 1 pm she could not reschedule me for today. I am very upset it took me a whole month to get this appointment & now i have to wait another month to get my appointment rescheduled.
