Great experience, had a warranty for my child's glasses but was only good if you went in for a repair with the broken piece. I didn't have that missing piece but considering kids may have accidents at school, they went ahead and replaced the piece along with other parts given for free. We were in and out fast as well. I will be bring my other kids for glasses. Thank you.
