I've been coming to Chopra Eyecare for a while now, and the consistency of their service truly stands out. Every visit feels seamless--from the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive care from the doctors and staff. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never rush, and always make me feel valued as a patient. On top of that, their eyewear selection is fantastic. There's always a wide variety of styles to choose from, and somehow they consistently guide me toward frames that perfectly match my look. It feels like they really understand my style, which makes the whole experience even more personal and enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that the quality of care never wavers. Whether it's a routine check-up or picking out new glasses, I can count on the same level of professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness each time. It's our first time here and glad Dr. Chopra was able to accommodate us earlier so my son could go back to school for his class. She was very nice so my kid feels comfortable with her and she really takes time to examine his eyes.

Dr. Chopra are the best of the best!!! Your eyes are so precious and it is very important to have the best eye care. Dr. Chopra is golden !!! I am over 50 and through out the years I have gone to other Optometrist for a check up and they have been good but Dr. Chopra raises the Bar she is the Best !!! They always make you feel welcomed and they honor your appointments and time. They make scheduling simple for us they are always available with any questions or to an email or a call. Dr. Chopra and her staff truly raise the bar in Eye Care. I am very thankful for Dr. Chopra and her Staff. God Bless them much so they continue caring for the eyes of their patients.

My son was very premature and needed an eye specialist due to possible ROP, it was very difficult to find a dr that would treat him and my insurance wouldn't pay for the dr that was seeing him in the hospital. Dr. Chopra stepped up and offered care to us when I had called 10 other drs that wouldn't treat a small child. She has been amazing ever since and that was 5 years ago. Her compassion to help people is worn on her sleeve. She is amazing and very very knowledgeable. I can't speak high enough about her and her practice!

Words can not describe how I feel about Dr. Chopra. I'm almost in tears (tears of joy)! I am so thankful and glad I chose her office out of all the other offices I could of went to. She definitely gained a patient for life with me. I can't forget to thank Esther because of her kindness when I called I went there. You guys are truly the best I am so thankful!

My 5 year old son just had his 1st eye exam done today at Dr. Chopra's office and I can tell she made him feel so comfortable. She is excellent and soo very patient. I can't say enough good things about her, and the receptionist was soo nice, too! They got me an appointment so fast, which is amazing considering everything with Covid right now, and I needed the appointment asap to be able to finish the enrollment process for my son to go to kindergarten this year. Thank you so much for everything! We look forward to coming back for years to come.

So so happy we went back. Not far drive at all. So what brought us back to her was customer service That's what a lot of companies need is great customer service, and the right person behind the desk.
