Utopia Optometry

The office is very clean and they wiped each piece of equipment before and after use. Everyone inside is really warm and welcoming. I think it was Sophia help me pick out a pair of glasses and didn't try to persuade me she just really helped me find them on my own. It was really appreciated.

I went into Utopia for the first time after it was recommended to me by a friend. Honestly, I hadn't been to an optometrist in about 2 years, maybe more. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the staff - Marcella, Aeby, and Steven. They were all friendly and professional as they checked me in, which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. After a short wait, I was taken to the back to do my pretest. Steven made the pretest very easy to understand and explained what was happening, and what I was to experience every step of the way. Shortly after the pretest, Dr. Liu called me in to conduct the exam. He was very knowledgeable, straight forward, and very patient with answering all my questions. Overall... excellent service!

Dr. Liu is friendly and thorough, taking his time to answer all of the questions I had for him, which I really appreciated! His staff is great too - they were so patient with me while I was choosing my frames (I'm picky lol) and were very accommodating with holding my glasses for me while I was on vacation. Thank you Utopia Optometry team!!

AMAZING!!! 5+STARS!!!! Utopia is great!!! I was nervous coming since I had been going to my pervious place for 17 years but with their customer service decline and lack of knowledge in union insurance it was a must. Dr. Liu was so welcoming. He made my family and I comfortable and he was professional and very knowledgeable. It was easy and he helped me to see better!! His staff was great! Marcella and Steven helped complete our visit and were very patient with me picking my frames. A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Liu and team. You made my transition very pleasant and I will be giving my business to you for years to come.

Went to get an eye exam a couple weeks ago. Noticed my vision was not as sharp as it once was. Had LASIK done about 17 years ago. Inquired about doing LASIK done again. Because my vision wasn't too bad 20/25, Dr. Liu recommended that I hold off. Prescribed a pair of Farsighted glasses to help clarity and night time driving and a pair of computer nearsighted glasses. I could have gone with progressives, but elected to have two different prescriptions. As mentioned to him that I wanted the Farsighted glasses to help with my astigmatism as I was getting back into competition shooting. Dr. Liu and his staff are friendly and very professional , they made me feel comfortable. I am recommending them to friends and family.

I was in the need of finding a local optometrist since moving to the area. Visited Utopia Optometry based on the reviews like most people. Making an appointment over the phone was simple enough as well as verification of my insurance. In all the experience was pretty good. Nice staff, technology used was pretty cool and seemed pretty updated. Brands and selection were good and they were patient with me while making a decision. Took maybe a little over a week or so to get my prescription glasses in and pickup and final fitting was quick. In all I would recommend to anybody looking for a new optometrist.

Dr. Liu is great. He provides useful eye health information during the appointments. All the staff are friendly and have great customer service. The environment is welcoming and comfortable.

I have been getting my glasses and contacts at Utopia for several years now. The doctors and staff there are extremely helpful. They provide a great service.
