I went into Dr. Burkart's office today with broken-off-at-the-arm glasses that I need to do my work. I had already tried supergluing and taping them, and I was desperate. The women at this office really helped me out! Leslie worked with me -- without an appointment! -- to problem solve until we had a working solution. It's rare to find someone who actually wants to help you fix something that many people would agree was a lost cause. I appreciate that "can do" attitude so much. The people at this office are kind, caring, outside-the-box thinkers who go the extra mile for us up here in the mountains. Ten stars!!

He is the best optometrist I ever had for my child and myself. My child saw him for 10 years until our insurance changed and now I've had the hardest time finding a good optometrist, so miss this place! He always had such a great attitude and the staff is so nice and professional here. They would always work with me and were so helpful. They always have a great selection of eye wear. Truly a little gem up here in the mountains. Everyone is so wonderful here and the services and options are just as wonderful as them. Thank you!

Dr Burkart is literally the best- so caring and comforting when you go in with any issue, so thorough when you go in for an exam- you pay a little more, but you get a LOT more for your money. The staff is easy to work with and excellent at what they do. I genuinely respect and appreciate this office.

I was amazed how nice and friendly the staff was. I checked in and 5 min later they called me in. Very organized process. Dr. Keith was very nice and very personable. Patiently and calmly explained everything. Also, he was very friendl. After my exam I stopped by the eye glass department and again the lady who helped me pick my new pair of eye glasses was extremely knowledgeable. They had good variety of eye glasses and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Dr. Keith. The appointment might be not available for a month or so but it's worth waiting bc they provide good care with no rush.

This doctor was incredibly caring, very professional and quickly diagnosed my issue. One of the most pleasant experiences I have every had visiting the doctor. His demeanor was reassuring and his expertise was evident.

Earned my business today! Called with broken frames. They found me a frame to match my lenses and got me out the door at a more than reasonable price. Probably no more than 20 minutes of my time. Blown away. Thanks Julie and Leslie!

Very pleased with the care received. Was seen for first time at office for an acute eye problem. They fit me in the schedule right away. Very impressed-highly recommend !

Called to schedule an appointment and they have nothhhinng till February. I decided not to go back. If they wanted to keep my business then they should call or send a postcard 5 months before you are due so you can book it.
