Great service!! I wanted to change my glasses from prescription back to shades. Originally the optical shop I intended on going to closed on Mondays but I'm glad I found Live Life Optical. Conveniently located with store front parking, very clean and not to mention how friendly and helpful what seemed to be the owners. They have a wide selection of brands I will definitely be back when it's time for my new prescription. Thank you Live Life Optical!

Terrible Ethical Skills got a pair of child glasses for my 3 year old ,the first pair were not measured right so i took them back i paid the fee and on top of the fee they wanted to charge me shipping !! hello it doesn't say that in the warranty !! the new pair i picked she suggested on a different choice because the arms stuck out pass her head in the back i still ordered them anyway come to find out the arms are bendable to hug the ear !! the owner never mentioned this also the previous glasses i chose were in a case that they just stuck a sticker over another brand which has me questioning if the glasses are authentic after some research they are selling knock offs lying to customers that they are authentic who sells gucci for $ 170 they fooled the community knowing most wouldn't question them !!!! bad service this owner is rude and doesn't acknowledge anything she does or her employees and also harasses customers for leaving bad reviews

This place is wonderful. It is a small family-owned business that really takes care of their clients. When get your eyes checked, it is usually with a woman who is personable and makes the appointment easy-going and comfortable. She is easy to have a conversation with all while going through the procedures of the checking the health of my eyes. I have never met such a nice optometrist. Also an eye-glass store is connected to the optometrist and is conveniently available to obtain new glasses. Depending on the type of insurance you have, you can also get a great deal on new eye glasses. There is nothing really negative to say about this place, because from the customer service of make an appointment, the examination service, and the service to obtain new glasses is all done so well.

Excellent Customer Service! I was on the hunt for Maui Jim's. I had gone to two other retailers, one of them being very well known, only to find a lack of customer service. A soon as I walked in to Live Life Optical, I got greeted and shown to Maui Jim section. Soon after, I was able to try some on and took a couple of pairs. This store explained their warranty and I couldn't be happier. I will come back.

I have very good insurance through my union, and so many places try to abuse that. This place is awesome! I have been to live life twice, and they have always been so honest and gracious. Also, I am very horrible at making decisions, and they were so patient with me!

i came here to get glasses for my 3 year old the glasses that were offered were not even for a child. I asked 3 times if the glasses were for a child saying yes every time ! finally they said well we have these for a child but they are pricey !!! they assumed we could only afford a certain type of glasses and lied that they were for children!!! then after ordering the pricey pair for my daughter they didn't even fit her right when i took them back i found out they left out very important details about the warranties the owner started piling up all these fees and since we had a disagreement she has been making me wait till the last minute to give my daughter the glasses even tho they received them 2 days later it is now day 5 ,note to business treat all customers alike give them all options don't assume that medi-cal recipients don't have options and give them all the details because thats being deceitful i'm a single mom that is doing her best and will go 10,000 extra miles for my daughter to have what she needs. a customer should feel appreciated not cheated or discriminated once they step out the door.

I just needed my lenses removed from a broken frame and put into a new frame that I had just bought. The receptionist was very nice, they had my glasses fixed in no time. I'm giving them a "shout out" for excellent service and friendly attitude!

Best service received for my vision needs. Was in & out with my new Ray Ban's within no more than 30 minutes. I truly believe anyone who visits them will be pleased with their services and great variety of glasses. I look forward to my next visit for my vision needs in the near future.
