Great experience at this location! Got an unbeatable price on frames and walked out with a custom fitted pair that same day! The staff were very friendly and welcoming too, and I'll definitely be back for any of my eye care needs. Special shoutout to Martha who helped me pick a cool pair of glasses that I was stoked on! Was extremely disappointed in this store as I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years. I have insurance that covers lenses and a frame if I choose to but I had two high-end designer frames I was going to use instead, but they said they would charge me out-of-pocket, instead which is completely ridiculous. You only get to select from their limited amount of frames that they had available, even though they are designer, they are limited in styles. What good is insurance if you cannot select what you want and being told what you can purchase. You have lost a loyal customer for life and unfortunately, your policy of restricting us to just use your frames that you have in stock is completely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere that will take my insurance and be able to get what I want versus being told what I can only get

Poor customer service, associate continue to make rude comments Hispanic lady (idk I should call her a lady). My family and I have gone multiple times and every single time it's always a hiccup. We expected a different outcome this time around but this is something that needs to be brought up to management or the owners attention. Making people uncomfortable with unnecessary comments with condescending responses is not something I'm interested. You will not have our business.

Service was somewhat acceptable. I came in for prescription sunglasses Not too much inventory to choose, but I found a pair of sunglasses to my liking. Time to add my prescription. Some charges didn't seem alright. I called my insurance and I found out some of the charges were covered by my insurance, but I've been charged, and paid full amount. In addition my family gifted me with a designer glasses and I decided to use them instead. This store told me if I bring the frames, I would have to pay out of pocket to put the prescribed lenses on. I understand this is their policy, and I wouldn't have any problem paying out of pocket, but I didn't care for the fact they had already charged me out pocket prices eventhough my insurance was covering a portion of the charges. I can't do business with a place I can't trusted When I showed the gentleman who helped me a copy from my insurance company, he said the charges were due to the highest quality material they used. I insisted by letting him know regardless of the highest quality of material they used, my insurance paid a portion and I shouldn't have been charged a full amount. Now he said the full amount was over $900.00 and he just charged me a portion. I can't trust this business anymore.

We needed glasses fast before we left to Europe for 2 weeks as my daughter forgot hers at home (4hrs away). This place was fast and kind. We are so grateful to them for their help. Now my daughter can see all the beautiful things in Europe. Thank you!!
