Lemon Grove Optometry, Now Operated by Total Vision

I had a really great experience here, the staff was very nice and fun to talk to! The doctor was very friendly and amazing, would highly recommend going to this place if you need to go anywhere for your vision.

Doctor santarlas is amazing. He took his time took great care of my eye needs. The ladies at the front are super friendly. Lily took care of me at the end and she expalined all details on my prescription. Pricing is great too.

This place is wonderful. They first popped up on my radar because my husband needed an eye exam. They really took the time to ask about his needs, computer time and lifestyle to suggest the best fit for him. I was impressed! My eye exam experience was just as great. My previous optometrist retired, so I was nervous about starting all over again. But Dr. Huang and staff were friendly, thorough and professional. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and the shop is orderly and well-stocked. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and family! Thank you Lemon Grove Optometry!

When you go to an optometrist and pay to have an exam and get your prescription wouldn't you think the prescription would be correct? I always order my glasses from an online store called Zenni Optical, as they are very inexpensive and I am a bit careless with my glasses. Because of the inexpensive costs it allows me to purchase several pairs. I've ALWAYS entered in my prescription and received my glasses with NO problems. A few weeks ago I entered the prescription that I was recently provided by Lemon Grove Optometry. When I received my glasses they were unbearable to look through as the prescription was totally off. Today, I went back to have ANOTHER exam and miraculously my vision changed from a week ago and I was provided a NEW prescription. I was basically told too bad so sad. Since I purchased my glasses somewhere other than there they couldn't help me. Not even a credit (The cost of the glasses with the incorrect prescription) towards a pair of their glasses. Needless to say the Manager was rude, horrible customer service , and not even a bit of responsibility was taken. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anybody!

I had nothing but the Best Service from them! Right when they crust pick up the phone to my first visit! They where very polite and professional. They practiced social distancing, temperature check was done before you walked in, the examination room was wiped down before I touched anything and after. The doctor was great he explained everything with my eyes.. and I got myself a new pair of stylish glasses!

Great experience! Wonderful staff! The doctor here caught a potential problem in one of my kids and directed me to follow up with her regular pediatrician. We have an MRI scheduled and he may have saved us from some serious problems later on. They really care!

My son & I have been going to Dr. Wesling for 15 years now. He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. All the things you look for in a doctor. The office staff is also very kind and sweet. They have extended hours, so you can easily find an appointment time that fits your schedule. I highly recommend!

The manager Cheryl is very professional and worked with me with my insurance I've very pleased with her performance and she's cute as a button
