I had my 1st appointment at Eye-Q Optometry recently. I was referred here by Granite Point Eye Care, where I had been a patient for the nearly 30 years I lived in Roseville. Eye-Q is affiliated with Granite Point now and all my records were available to the provider. That was a big plus. Dr Q was amazing. She is charming to talk with and professional in her skills. The office assistants were all very nice and helpful, including those in the eyeglass department where I ordered new glasses. This was a great experience.

Good overall experience. Helpful and friendly staff, optometrist was delightful and customer service was excellent. I was a challenging customer. I hadn't had a new pair of glasses in 6 years and because of all the wear and tear on those I had resorted to wearing the PREVIOUS pair (10 years old) for about a year before going in. My vision had changed substantially in that time, particularly the astigmatism in my left eye. Took 3 attempts to get the glasses just right as when they gave me my proper prescription, the jump in strength was too much and I couldn't handle it. So we stepped it down to a weaker prescription and after some acclimation my new glasses are great. They remained patient with me and provided excellent customer service throughout. I am very satisfied with the result.

My experience with Eye-Q Optometry was a very pleasant one. I was cheerfully greeted by Ryan, checked in for my appt and he thoroughly explained my Insurance coverage for me. The assistant, Barry, proceeded with my initial screening tests and was considerate and very professional as he explained the procedures. When I met Dr. Quenzer, she was warm, personable and genuine. She was thorough with my exam and extremely knowledgeable of my eye health, explaining to me the images of my eyes, and what type of contacts were just right for me. This was a wonderful experience with a friendly, competent and professional Doctor and staff, and I gladly recommend them to my family and friends and anyone in need of an Optometrist.
