LINCOLN OPTOMETRY CENTER

Went in to get an eye exam because mine was expired. I was offered new lenses for my existing glasses for my slightly different prescription. I declined because it was not much different and I wanted new frames. My old ones were bent out to much and didn't fit right. They still worked and I could see perfect with them. I was then advised that my existing frames needed to be adjusted. When I got them back, they are not scratched so bad I can't use them. Then I was advised that nothing could be done. I think they are trying to force me to get new lenses through them. I would never go here again.

Mini is wonderful and knows her job well. She explains things so you can understand what's happening with your prescription and changes. She's willing to go above and beyond. She has helped me for over 14 years and always comes through.

Came in for myself and my daughter, great staff, friendly and fast. Dr. Is awesome guy with 25+years experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place for all your needs. Lots of options for eye wear, lots of brands to pick from and most of all, great service!

Our family has used this optometry center for over 20 years, and Dr. Meredith and his staff are always friendly and professional. Plenty of selection, knowledgeable, and works with our insurance.

My company has a safety glass prescription program. I called for an appointment and a gentleman said to come down, no appointment needed. I did not go that day, but today, a week later since it's a half hour drive from my work. I show up with my paperwork in hand and I am told that they stopped the program the day after I called. So I made the drive for nothing. The lady explaining this to me was nice, but it's a huge hassle and unfortunate that they could not see me, considering I called them earlier. So the two stars is well deserved.

They've always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Meredith really knows his stuff and he's a very nice guy. I've bought 3 pairs of glasses and all of my contact lenses from this location, all of which I've been very pleased with. No complaints. Not even little ones.

Dr. Proiette is an excellent doctor. He uses state of the art technology to provide the highest level of care. Your eyes are in good hands with him. The office is clean, the staff are friendly. There is a nice selection of eyeglasses.

Dr. Meredith has retired unfortunately. I have been going to Lincoln Optometry for over 10 years and was very satisfied with Dr Meredith and his staff! However, the new optometrist Dr Proitte, has failed to give me an eye exam for 18 months due to unknown reasons. I asked why I wasn't getting an eye exam when I went in recently. I knew the appt included a scan for which I get every six months. But when he dismissed me after reviewing the results I asked for my eye exam. He told me he wouldn't be giving me one. When I questioned him regarding the fact that I hadn't had one in 18 months he told me that he wasn't going to "sit here and make excuses" he then asked if l was unhappy and when I said yes he told me to find another optometrist. I scheduled an eye exam with another optometrist that same day.
