We've been going to Murrieta Optometry for decades. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and caring. Their equipment is state of the art so if you're used to having to guesstimate whether option 1 or 2 is better, their equipment takes away so much of that guessing and provides highly specific prescriptions that means you see better and more clearly. We've recommended them to everyone we know. You won't go wrong if you give them a try. The BEST!

This is the second time my wife and I had our eye exams here at Murrieta Optometry. Excellent doctors and staff. This time we saw doctor Dr. Jodie V. Laurel and she was awesome. I can't believe she remembered me after 22 yrs at my old job at Family Visiting Care, Dr. Louie's in Union City, lol. At that time, Jodie interned over the summer. What a great memory she has.
We highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and know their lenses and frames.

We've been coming here for about 4-5 years now, and honestly, this has been our best experience yet! Dr. Moore is amazing--always so cheerful and full of positive energy. Dr. Kamena is hilarious and such a cricket fan! You'd be amazed at how he can describe a match from years ago like it's happening live. And Dr. Lou is super sweet with kids, always patient, and takes the time to really listen and answer our questions. Every doctor here brings something special to the table.
A big shoutout to Monica Chavarria, the optician who helped us. She was incredibly kind and patient, walked us through everything--from copay and billing to picking the right frames--and made our whole family feel comfortable. Even though we spent a few hours there, she made the time fly by!
Truly an amazing place for eye care. If you're considering it, just go for it--you won't regret it!

They are proactive in finding solutions to slow down the deterioration of eye issues and educate you on how to prevent them. Their frame selection is next level- Cartier, Prada, Gucci, as well as Wiley X and Oakley for my sport-focused kids. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Melissa Moore Jessop, O.D. for several years, and we have always been impressed with her care. However, I recently gained a new level of appreciation after an emergency: I experienced seven retinal tears and temporarily lost vision in my left eye.
After multiple surgeries, my vision was difficult to correct, and I found the optometrists associated with the surgical center did not provide the same level of attention and experience as Dr. Moore Jessop provides.
When I returned to her office, Dr. Moore Jessop immediately understood the complex issues at hand. She went above and beyond my allocated appointment time to ensure I received the best possible lenses to correct my vision. She even took the time to consult with my daughter, who is an Ophthalmologist, to discuss my unique situation.
Her dedication was remarkable, and thanks to her extra time and effort, my new glasses now work perfectly. Dr. Melissa Moore Jessop truly scores off the charts on both expertise and compassion--a rare find today. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone.

Just switched over to Marietta optometry. Once inside the door, the experience was pretty great. Dr Josephine V Laurel Was confident, answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and I left feeling like I was understood and treated well.
Why four stars? To get into the door, you have to phone and wait. It is not simply a walk-in. Apparently they've had theft issues and so I understand the sensitivity just a little bit, but it is inconvenient, and Seems to me to be an overreach. If theft of empty eyeglass frames is such an epidemic, why not set those off in a separate locked room?
I'll admit it seems trivial. But this is a review of the whole experience, and that initial contact tainted the whole experience, twice.
Other optometric services in town seem a little less paranoid.
