I had a wonderful experience at Pearl Vision thanks to Priyanka. She was extremely kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable while choosing my glasses. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the visit very smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend Pearl Vision to others because of the great service provided by Priyanka.

I don't usually post reviews on Google, but Pearle Vision truly deserves an A+ from me. Pearle Vision is one of the few optometry offices that places customer satisfaction above everything else. I recently purchased a pair of progressive glasses from them, and the experience was outstanding. Dr. May and Preet were both extremely patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. May took the time to thoroughly explain all of my questions regarding the eye measurements. I even asked her to rerun certain vision tests to ensure accuracy, and she was more than happy to do so to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with the evaluation. Preet was meticulous in explaining my insurance coverage in detail before I selected my lenses and frame. She listened carefully to all of my concerns and the issues I had with my previous glasses, and then helped me choose the best lenses and frame suited to my needs. As many people know, progressive lenses are very sensitive to alignment. When my first pair didn't fit quite right, Preet patiently re-measured the alignment and insisted on having the lenses remade by the factory to meet my satisfaction. This level of care was a refreshing change from my previous optometrists, where I felt dismissed and was told that "progressive lenses are just like that" and that I should simply adapt. I felt that I was treated like a number there, as they rushed to move on to the next patient. Pearle Vision has set the standard for the best optometry experience I've ever had. I would confidently recommend them to all my friends and family.

Pearle Vision in Livermore is an amazing place to buy both prescription and non-prescription glasses. They have a great selection of frames. Preet helped my wife and me choose the perfect frames, and she was very kind and professional. It's clear she truly cares about her customers. She is also very knowledgeable, with over two decades of experience in the industry. I'll definitely be coming back in February when my plan renews.

My first visit to the optometrist was a great experience from start to finish. Angel at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind, and she made me feel comfortable right away, which really helped ease my nerves. Wonderful staff and great doctor.! They have a great selection of glasses and the turn around is so fast.! I recommended this place!
