Efficient and great service!
Initially, I went to an independent optometrist at Costco, but the doctor performing the exam seemed overly cautious and made me feel nervous about the condition of my eyes. We ended up cutting the exam short, and I left feeling uneasy. I started looking for another optometrist to get a second opinion and found this place. I called the office, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day.
I saw Dr. Nguyen and explained what had happened and the reason for my visit. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly examined my eyes. It turns out, my eyes were perfectly fine! She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and walked me through different contact lens options with recommendations that were best suited for me. She didn't just examine my eyes--she provided helpful information so I could make the right choices for my eye health.

The appointment was good but they told us 5-7 business days for my son's glasses to come in and we are on business day 14 and still nothing. So friendly but not fast.

Dr. Nguyen is the absolute best that I have ever been treated by. I have been wearing contacts for 50 years!! I have been treated by many vision doctors and Dr. Nguyen has surpassed them all. Super knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating. I can go on and on. I hope she stays there for quite some time. And actually the whole staff is very friendly, polite & welcoming. Love it there!

Dr. Nguyen was extremely helpful and friendly. She had the best option for me that matched my style. The wait time for the glasses to be completed was only half as long as I expected. Upon pickup, she was busy, but made time for me to make they fit properly. In and out in 5 minutes! I highly recommend the store and especially her!

Fast, friendly, and efficient service! This was my first time getting an eye exam at this facility, and it won't be my last. Diane was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through every step of the eye exam and took the time to explain why she was performing certain tests, which I appreciated cause no other optometrist I had been to previously had been as thorough as her. I was in and out of the appointment in less than 15 minutes. Overall it was a great experience!

I had a great experience at this location. The eye exam I received was very thorough and I even found out that my last prescription from another Optometrist was actually too strong for me. Dr. Nguyen is always friendly, engaging, and fun to work with. She gives sound advice and also very helpful in picking out a good frame that fits your style.
