Beckman Optometry

Dr Mook and staff were so wonderful. Not only were they able to get my 3 year old daughter in same day for a small eye injury; they were all amazing with her. My daughter felt so comfortable the whole time. Can't express my gratitude enough for Dr Mook and staff. We will definitely be coming here going forward.

This used to be a great place to get eye exams, but since Kathryn Beckman sold to Dr Mook, it has become a poor choice. Once the Dr realized that I intended to purchase my glasses at Costco rather then pay the ridiculous prices they charge, her bedside manner changed. The care I received was substandard. I have never experienced such a horrible eye exam.I will not go back to this optometrist again. Her help are obviously unhappy and do not know how to treat clients.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and they had excellent customer service and care. The doctor was wonderful and friendly. She was very helpful and kind. She had a great genuine concern about the health of my eyes. She even helped me pick out frames and gave me great recommendations. I am thankful that I have an eye doctor who does not rush you out of office. The office extremely clean and the equipment used for my eye exam was clean. The doctor uses the latest technology and I recommend Beckman Optometry.

My wife and I have been going here for a couple of years now. We are no longer satisfied with this place. We went for eye exams and glasses the other day, and were treated poorly by a new staff person. Being told " there's one of me and two of you so you one of you can call me" was definitely not professional and rather rude. My wife also expressed that she felt not heard while picking out glasses. Between the price of the glasses and the unprofessional we decided not to buy our glasses here this year. I foresee this office losing clients with this new unprofessional staff.

I am amazed at how my visit went with Dr. Mook. I have taken my father to MANY optometrists and ophthalmology clinics and not once have I seen him treated the way she treated me. I felt comfortable and in great care. It was my first eye exam and I was so nervous. From the front staff to the one who did my images to the Dr. These women are incredible. I definitely recommend this place . Thank you all !

As someone with social anxiety, I get really nervous in any kind of medical setting - but the staff here are super friendly, welcoming, and understanding. Dr. Mook is very informative and educated me on a lot of things I didn't know about my eyes. She took the time to get me the right vision and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out. I'm so happy to finally have a prescription that works for me. If you're in need of a genuine and professional provider I highly recommend her! They also have a decent selection of frames here if you would like to check those out after your appointment as well.

I can't say enough good things about Beckman Optometry, Dr. Mook and her staff. I was able to get a same day appointment for an eye examination in the afternoon and after work. That is not a common occurrence these days. I liked that Dr. Mook uses a lot of modern technology for a multifaceted approach that gave me a clear picture of my current eye health. Her explanation was very detailed and thorough and she even helped me pick out my new frames. I can't wait to get my new glasses. So, if you're looking for a great Optometrist, staff and setting, give Beckman Optometry a call. You won't be disappointed!

I have an upcoming appointment and realized I've never left a comment regarding this amazing Optometry. I have been going here for 3 years now and Dr. Mook is amazing. I always recommend her to my friends and family, whomever ask. She always keeps it real with me. No sugar coating at all. And that's what I love about her and why I continue to always come back. It may be a little hard with getting an appointment right away if needed, but just know the wait is well worth it because she is a great optometrist which is why there are so many people trying to get in to see her.
