I recently had an incredible experience at Zeiter Eye office, and if I jumped before to give a bad review about staff, I had to put that same energy to a great experience. I've always known that my doctor provides outstanding care, and she has great knowledge but this time, I was truly impressed by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and attentive. They made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire visit. The level of professionalism and friendliness was remarkable and really complemented the high-quality eye care I've come to expect. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable and eager to assist, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. It's clear that they are all committed to providing the best service possible. If you're looking for an eye doctor who not only delivers exceptional medical care but also has a fantastic support team, I highly recommend Zeiter Eye. They truly go above and beyond!

Dr Pham is so awesome! My husband, my daughter and I all enjoy our eye exams here. Dr pham is so easy to talk to and explains things well and makes our visits enjoyable. I have high pressure in my eyes naturally, and instead of lecturing me on how stressful my life must be like my last eye doc, she ran a couple other tests and looked at my history to reassure me, that it's my normal. Relief instead of worry. My daughter has a very high prescription and she has worn contacts for a year that weren't super clear as they didn't make contacts as strong as she needed. This year at our appointment, Dr pham had told us of a higher prescription and ordered us a sample to try of the new ones. She cares about her patients and is friendly. Highly recommend!

01/16/26 I check in and was helped very quickly. The pre-exam was fast and easy. Afterwards I was told to wait for the doctor in the waiting area. I did not wait very long. She performed the exam on my eyes. She was very professional and informed me of the results. I picked the type of glasses I wanted and was told it would be ready in a few days. The whole process was quick and easy. There is plenty of parking and the customer service was great.

Everything went super fast. We moved from room to room, since the machines needed are placed in different rooms. Then back to the original consulting room to meet the doctor. Suddenly, I made a decision to have surgery on both eyes. Then, I moved to the scheduling room and received my pre op packet. Huff n puff! I was out the door. It was a very fast paced place. If only government employees act this fast, there won't be any backlog in our State.

Dr. John Zeiter Jr is fantastic! He takes the time to explain things, even explaining my glaucoma issues during my sister's appointment. I was confused about glaucoma similarities between my sister's condition & my own and he explained the possible ways they are connected i.e genetics & health issues. I highly recommend him!

Jackie the assistant was amazing, so nice and she explained everything she was doing, talked through everything. Very pleasant. Dr. Doxtador was very thorough and asked me if I had any questions throughout the appointment. Only negative was receptionist that told me to wait to pay and then took other patients and I had to wait. I was on a break for work and the other patients had just gotten there and were asking questions. That took a bit of time.

Dr. Pham has been my Optometrist since my previous doctor retired. She had some big shoes to fill (in my book anyway) for all the years that I had been going to the previous doctor. But she's done an absolute wonderful job and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Very professional and answers any questions I've had. Never feel rushed or makes you feel like your questions are not valid. but also makes you feel very comfortable.

My wife is currently being treated by Dr Canzano of the Zeiter Eye Medical Gp. Dr Canzano is an excellent doctor, specializing in acute eye conditions. He is professional, highly competent and possesses excellent communication skills. His staff is friendly and provide a high level of collateral support for Dr Canzano. We are very pleased to be served by the Zeiter Eye Medical Gp.
