Los Alamitos Eye Care is hands-down one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. From start to finish, the entire team is outstanding--both in their expertise and in how genuinely kind they are. Dr. Patel is exceptional at what she does: knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and makes sure you feel confident and informed about your eye health. You can tell she truly cares about her patients, not just the appointment on the schedule. Sydney, Emily, and Ruby are just as impressive. They are responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Beyond their professionalism, they are warm, compassionate, and friendly--exactly the kind of people you want interacting with you in a healthcare setting. They listen, they care, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and valued. What really sets Los Alamitos Eye Care apart is the combination of clinical excellence and genuine human connection. They are experts at what they do, but they also treat you like a person, not a number. That balance is rare--and it shows in every interaction. This is my absolute favorite office! My husband and I look forward to our visits with Dr. Patel and her staff. They are extremely welcoming and I feel like family as soon as I walk through the door. Their dogs are absolutely precious and I love seeing them and giving them some pets! Her husband John is also there helping and my husband and John get along fabulously! If you're thinking of trying this place, please do because they absolutely care so much about their patients and you feel it from start to finish! Also, I would love to mention they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking out glasses. Whenever I have trouble deciding, they take my likes and style into account when picking out options for me and it's always something that I would totally pick out for myself. I love the positivity every single person in there extends and it makes my day brighter :)

It said it's open on saturdays I came right now at 12 and it's closed either update your times or make it more clear to your patients

Had the pleasure of visiting and meeting Dr. Patel and staff today. The warm fuzzies started when I walked in..very friendly, kind, sweet front desk staff. Winston the cutest dog also greeted me. Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable, professional, yet compassionate and sweet with a childlike exuberance about meeting you, learning all about you and taking care of your eyes. She LISTENED and read my info and took her time getting to know me and find out what I needed/ wanted to accomplish with my visit. She knows her stuff, and explains things in easy clear terms. It's been awhile since I went to an office where the front desk and Dr. Seem truly pleased to meet you and glad to know you and make you feel welcome and special.

I've been seeing Dr. Patel for over 5 years. She is very attentive and genuine. The visit is all about you, the patient. You can ask as many questions about conditions that have nothing to do with you, and she will take her time to thoroughly explain without rushing. Great Doctor. Lastly, her two dogs are awesome and you can pet them while you wait.

Dr. Patel is great. She has been taking care my immediate family for years. She is highly skilled, very professional and is very good at what she does with a great memory, She also has a very helpful staff. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Patel is the best! She is intelligent, insightful, thorough, and kind. I can go on and on. I have children that are also her patients. They also love coming to get eye exams. The office staff is thoughtful and patient. I was having an eye emergency and was seen same day. Best eye doctor around!

New to the area so I just looked up my insurance website and looked for a provider closest to me. Went for my eye appt and was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was very nice. Dr. Patel is super sweet and efficient. Loved her 2 King Charles spaniel dogs that chill in the office. She is now the family eye doc. My 3 kids love her and my hubby has an appointment today.
