Kathy and Art both were amazing and helped getting our glasses in a fast and comfortable manner. The only place where you're able to get your glasses done in 15 minutes! Amazing customer service and awesome vibes , 10/10 recommend. Great prices too!

Called in a for emergency visit for a friend who lost her glasses earlier in the day and had the best experience. We were serviced ten minutes before close on a Friday night and helped promptly. Friendly on the phone and supportive in store to get new glasses on the spot even with a specific and strong prescription. Great selection and efficient team, they were so kind and friendly to us!

Do yourself a favor and go here FIRST! I had gone to 6-8 high end optical stores with limited, over-priced inventory and listless staff who were annoying and not helpful. The moment I walked into Hour Glass, I could tell Kathy was not only an expert in the field, but understood what true customer service is, what a joy! She suggested several excellent choices for me, including the exact ones I had been looking for all along. I was out the door in an hour with impressively high quality lenses and all at a very good price.

Excellent shop! I urgently needed to replace a pair of glasses that broke, and Veronica took considerable time to show me all of their options without being pushy in the slightest. It took them 10 minutes to create new lenses and send me on my way with a new pair of glasses I absolutely adore. I highly recommend Hour Glass and look forward to shopping there again!!
