Absolutely ridiculous wait time. I had a scheduled appointment and have now been waiting over 30 minutes with no update or apology. What is the point of making an appointment if patients are left sitting indefinitely? To make things worse, the waiting room has no AC. This kind of disregard for patients' time and basic comfort is completely unprofessional.

Came here for the first time and was my last. I did my yearly eye check up here and decided to get contacts. I'm coming back for a follow up and they are stating I have to redo the eye exam again which i had it done earlier few months ago. By law I'm entitled to my eye prescription for a whole year and these people don't want to honor it. Worst place ever. I will be filling a complaint with the state board for their unprofessional conduct.
