I was a little nervous coming here but I'm very glad I did ladies in front are so nice also with my child be autistic and delay makes it a little difficult for him to see any doctor but the lady daisy I believe that her name did a great job with my 4 year old making him feel comfortable and understands since he don't talk much and well seeing Dr. Poulsen was great working around my son to make him feel comfortable while getting a good look at his eyes. Definitely recommend his place for children

The ladies in the front are rude, No "Good morning" or " Good afternoon" Now that I can see there faces. They don't even smile.. Took for EVERRRR to get my glasses. I had to call them to ask if they were ready. I even gave it a few days after the date they gave me. The lady who handles the frames, She looks as miserable as the girls up front. The only "Nice" person there was the actual eye doctor. Stupid place. Never going back there again.

Already have waited a month and a half for an apt now a week before they call to say the Dr. Won't be in and have to reschedule. This is the only "specialist" our dr. Will refer us to. It seems like the Dr wants to take a last minute vacation and now son has to pay for it.

The employees at Insight vision center in Madera are the most unprofessional people ever! 2 weeks ago when I had an appointment, they took me in two hours after my appointment time. Yesterday, the lady that gives out the glasses called me and said your glasses are ready for pick up. I said fine, I'll go get them right now.. I go in about 20 mins later, the receptionist said she's out for the day...? I said she literally just called me, and didn't tell me she was leaving... I calmed myself down and asked what time she would be in tomorrow, she told me till 4:30pm... today comes, and I get off work EARLY to make it before 4:30. I get there and say, I'm here to pick up my glasses, a different receptionist is at the desk a said "ShEs GOne FoR tHE DaY." I said well they told me she leaves at 4:30, AND I left work early just to be here on time. She looks at me with a blank face, like if she doesn't GAF. At this time I'm livid, and all she can tell me "HeR TiMe HeRe vAriEs." Ummm what? So unprofessional. Wasting my time and money.
