We had such a wonderful experience at this office. My daughter is 7yrs old and is on the spectrum. The doctor was so patient with her. He spoke clearly and was soft spoken. Even explained to her why it's important to wear her glasses. This was our second visit. Our first visit he wasn't able to use any of the machines because she wasn't cooperative at all. She was crying most of the time and he was very patient and did everything old school style which I very much appreciated. This time around he praised my daughter for doing such a good job this time around. I'm extremely satisfied with our visit. 10 outta 10 highly recommend. The doctor we seen was Dr. Aryan Pazirandeh.

My name is Rosa, and Maria is my mother, she is 93 years old. She was looking for many diagnostics for her cataracts and in more than one occasion they had told me that she had lost her vision due to her age and health and that it was a low probability of having a successful surgery. Dr. Cardona referred her to Natural Vision and here we had the opportunity to meet Dr. David B. Kaye, he evaluated my mom's vision, which her vision was blurry with poor vision, he than programmed an appointment for July 23, 2025 at Fresno Community Hospital. The next day, July 24, 2025 we went for the follow up appointment to have her eye patch removed. My mom said she could see the posters on the wall and she can recognize both my brother and I better. As her daughter I felt so much happiness for her to know her surgery had been successful and that my mom was able to see better and the job Dr. David B. Kaye was recognized due to a beautiful job he did. To see my mom happy, I am thankful to God and Dr. David B. Kaye for his dedication and work. For being her daughter, I think it is a blessing what he does and the dedication to help other people like my mom. Elderly people sometimes prefer to stay blind due to fear, or due to not being able to find family to help or even doctors. In our case Dr. David B. Kaye supported us, gave us safety, and trust in this surgery. That is why I give thanks to him and Natural Vision with their great personalities and dedication to their job. It is great to go to the same office and see the same doctor that I've seen for many years. Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time is minimal and the service is great. And they have three different locations Madera, Fresno and Clovis. You should check them out.

My husband has been coming to the Madera office to see Dr. Kaye for an ongoing medical issue with his eyes. The staff is rude at the front desk and when they pull you back they rush you and are not educated. My husband wants a refraction and was told he is an "optamolisist. " That optamolisist don't do eye exams. I have seen plenty of optamolisgist do eye exams, not just optomistrist. The experience was frustrating, the communication was poor, and the impression was that the office does not prioritize patient care. We felt rushed, unheard, and misinformed about who could actually perform the exam we needed. In short, the service was sub-par, and we will not be back, to say the least.

My first time going here and it was such a good experience! The staff is really friendly and my dr was really informative!

Came in to be seen for seeing blue flashing light came in to see DR KAYE for it he did laser treatment and after that I was able to see perfectly fine thank you to Dr Kaye!

I've been coming here for for a while now, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Esmeralda especially stands out--she's consistently helpful, patient, and kind every time I visit. She makes the whole process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable staff!

We are new to the Madera area and I was looking for a referral to an optometrist for my mom. We were sent here. From the front desk, to clinicians, to eyeglass fitting - everyone was so kind, welcoming and helpful. We were in and out in an hour and received her new glasses within 2 weeks.
