Wonderful personal office. Drs r so patient and provide great friendly care and the staff is superb. Grisel and Rayna took so much time helping me pick out frames and find great prices for me. Lots of options for eye care as well as affordable glasses. Ez to schedule appt online as well.

Dr Melendrez has been my optometrist for some time now and I'm so happy I found him. He's very knowledgable and good natured, you feel very welcome there and you know your eye care is in good hands. And he has an excellent staff.

Dr. Melendrez at Beach Cities Optometry (BCO) exam was excellent as always. Front office service was a different story. I ordered new contacts and new lenses for my glasses. The contacts were sent via UPS to my vacation address in Mammoth Lakes successfully. Unfortunately they sent my new glasses to the office instead of the Mammoth address I requested. When I received notice that my glass had arrived at the office on 12/29, I called and asked what happened and can they be sent to the address in Mammoth Lakes where I was staying for the holiday. I asked them to rush the glasses since I have not had glasses since my exam on the 13th of December. Unfortunately they sent them via regular mail. They arrived in Mammoth Lakes on 1/6. I returned home to Manhattan Beach on 1/7. In short this was very inconvenient for me as I wear glasses daily in the morning and at night when my contacts are out. In addition my glasses arrived in protective box but the glasses were in a in lens sack instead of a case. Why not a new case BCO? For the money I spent a case is justified. The front office at BCO can do better.

Dr Stahl is great! He takes the time to understand your issues and give you various options on how to address. He's very low-key and will not pressure sales if you already have something that works

Dr. Melendrez is incredibly warm, patient, and explains things well. His office is inviting and my appointment was timely and efficient. There's even parking around the side!

Nice, clean, office. Friendly staff. Rob is always happy to talk about more than just vision while remaining professional and providing a casual atmosphere.
