If you have any eye issues hit up Manhattan Vision Group - I got a same day appointment- they were super cool - and my eyes are better. Staff is super nice - They care - just call em. They'll help you - eye problems - glasses - lenses - you name it - they got you covered! The office is sweet as well!

The staff is very professional. Ellie and Janet have been there for years and are always very helpful and cheerful! It's great seeing their familiar faces each year visit. Dr. Tam is very patient and informative. Cynthia was great with eye glass frame suggestions and explaining cost.

Longtime client of this wonderful optometry office. The front desk is quick and professional. Raul, who did my testing before I saw the doctor, was fantastic! His professionalism coupled with great communication and care was the best. It's employees like Raul that make companies extraordinary. Dr. Pham is also wonderful to work with. Professional and I really like her client style. This was my first exam with her and I'll be back. Highly recommend this office.

I have been long time customer at Manhattan Beach Vision Group. I can't describe how friendly and caring the staff is. I have always had such a experience with getting my eyes checked, getting glasses and other eye care. Paul is super helpful. Highly recommend!

This office is generally very good and the docs and staff are great. Today was a different experience. The doc was great as always but the staff (1 specifically) was very impatient and full of attitude. As a patient, I have the right to ask as many questions I want and in many ways as I choose to until I understand my situation. Cynthia was impatient from the moment she assisted me, rolled her eyes at a request of mine and every answer she gave had some level of attitude. I held my composure but was very disappointed in her. Another staff lady also had some impatience and wasn't really interested in being there. Staff need to realize that the information they speak to is on the back of their hands as they speak it all day everyday but as a patient we hear it infrequently and need to digest it before making a decision. Not sure I will return.

Vision checkup and contact & eyeglass wear service are awesome. everyone's so helpful. only thing I would say needs improvement is the higher end & varied selection of available eyeglass frames & colors. colors & styles are very limited.

I really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Pham. Of all the doctors I've seen, she is the most personable of the group. I didn't feel as if she talked down to me.

I had an exceptional experience here! From ease in booking an appointment, to the staff, to the glasses choices (SO many it was so hard to choose)!!! I got both glasses and contacts (first time user) and appreciated how knowledgeable the staff were in deciding which of my vision plans to use for which service. Dr. Lee was quick during the exam and my prescription has been great so far. I later needed a document for my work regarding my vision and she got it to me right away which I feel is rare in medicine. I wish I remembered her name but the woman who taught me how to insert my contacts was encouraging, funny and incredibly patient. Paul helped me with the glasses part and was fantastic and not pushy towards any upgrades, only what I needed. It was seriously so hard to choose one frame with their selection-- tons of classic frames but also unique ones I've never seen elsewhere. I wish I could get 5 pairs!! I really felt everyone takes pride in their work at this office. I couldn't recommend this place enough and will certainly be returning and spreading the word to friends!
