Dr. Tina Cheng is amazing! I just had my first visit with her- She is detail-oriented, gentle, and highly skilled. She really took her time with me to ensure that I got my perfect prescription, and also explained to me how my eyes were starting to get damaged from dry eyes- which I had never been told previously! As a healthcare professional myself, I really appreciate her being so thorough and for having such excellent bedside manner. She gave tons of great advice and recommendations, and genuinely seems to care about her patients overall well-being. She recommended some great dry eye products, and it didn't feel pushy at all. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Tina Cheng! :)

Dr. Tina provides exceptional care and is truly one of the kindest doctors I've met. She takes the time to explain every detail clearly and thoroughly, making sure you understand any eye issues and the available options for treatment or eyewear. Her warm and caring approach makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The office is clean and modern, the staff is friendly and efficient, and there's easy, free parking. I had an amazing experience here at bliss optometry's the doctor was super professional and welcoming. She took care of what I came in for. I went with custom progressive lenses being that I needed them. The process was smooth. I will be returning next year for my new lenses upgrade.. awesome great outstanding service here at Bliss optometry in Marina del Rey Culver City across the street from Costco In-N-Out Burger. The doctor she was very efficient, professional, welcoming, and kind. Awesome work!

It had been awhile since my last visit with an eye doctor. I was actually looking for a different optometrist when I stumbled up on Bliss. When calling to set an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and kind. When I went to the appointment I noticed the Dr was very professional. However, at the same time, she was down to earth, and east to talk to. Come to find out Bliss optometrist is a new store and I'm glad I found the office by mistake. If you want great service and place to get all your questions answered then I recommend you go pay them a visit. I recommend them to everybody because this place is the best.

The eye exam itself was excellent and the doctor is clearly skilled. Unfortunately, the glasses portion was a mess. I was charged $475 (using my full insurance benefit) for frames that don't fit my face and constantly slide off. I picked them up on 9/27 and contacted the office the same day to report the issue. Over the following week, I was told four different things about a possible refund: 1. On Monday (text): "We'll get back to you with regards to your refund." 2. On Tuesday (email from Dr. Tina Cheng): "I will look into this and get back to you." 3. On Wednesday (text): "Before proceeding with a refund, we would be glad to have you come in for an adjustment." 4. The following Monday (text, before I had come in for any adjustment): "All invoices are final, and we're not able to refund or return glasses once they've been made." After several follow-ups, the story kept changing. When I later asked for written clarification by email, the doctor called and left a voicemail instead of replying in writing. In the message, she claimed she had "just been made aware of what was happening" (even though she had already emailed me about it the past Tuesday) and suggested her assistant was responsible for the confusion ("I'm sorry if there was some confusion between what Angela was communicating..."). This made it pretty clear that the office didn't have a consistent or transparent refund policy. I replied to her voicemail by email, explaining that I preferred written communication for clarity, and she responded only with "Please schedule an appointment to come in with your glasses." I didn't want to schedule an appointment only to be told in person that refunds weren't possible, so I emailed again asking for written confirmation of the refund. I followed up a week later and never received any response. The office simply stopped communicating instead of resolving the issue or giving me a straight answer. As someone getting glasses for the first time, I relied on their guidance, but the shop didn't have frames that fit my head size properly. Because the glasses don't fit, the lenses are also useless, and since my full insurance benefit was used on this purchase, I'm now unable to get a functional pair elsewhere. I'm left knowing I need glasses but without any I can actually wear. The doctor's exam is great, but I would strongly recommend getting your glasses from a retailer with a return policy, a wider range of fits, and clearer communication around refunds and billing. It also took over a week and multiple follow-ups to receive an itemized receipt, and the office didn't release my prescription until I specifically requested it. For anyone new to glasses, know that you're legally entitled to your prescription if you ask for it, and you can take it to other retailers for more options.

Dr. Tina is the BEST! I was transferred from the previous office and I'm so relieved she's opened up Bliss optometry. First of all, she makes it so easy to schedule an appointment via text and accommodate busy schedules. She is kind, caring, and gentle. I tried to get contacts (have never had before) and she sat with me while I sobbed when I couldn't do it. She offered multiple follow up appointments and hands on coaching for me to get where I want to. She truly cares about her patients - noting things such as diet, lifestyle and allergies as being contributors to our eye health which I appreciate.

Dr. Cheng is the best! Unlike any other office I've been to, when she has an extra minute she helps pick the perfect frame. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and you can feel how much she cares about her patients!

Dr. Tina was great. She's very thorough and kind. She was able to fit me in last minute while I was visiting LA. You can tell she's passionate about her work and your care. The office is really clean, modern, and comfortable, and they're really great frames to choose from. Dr. Tina took time to answer all my questions thoughtfully, which I really appreciated. If I didn't live in Denver, I would definitely have Dr. Tina be my regular optometrist. Thanks for the great care!
