Dr. Doug Nishida is my optometrist, I have been his patient for 3 years, and I recommended to my son last year that he became his patient too. Never in this 3 years did I have a problem, I was always attended on time, a professional and efficient clinic. Adriana, receptionist does the preliminary exams very kindly. Then, together with the prescription, I can make my contact lenses next to the Clinic, there is nothing more convenient than that. Prices within the market, I would say, very good prices. I recommend them for sure.

I really enjoy visiting Dr. Nishida for contact lens renewals. The office is professional and the doctor always allows for questions! I really appreciate the ability to schedule online! Dr. Nishida is always open to trying different brands, if I ask, and this is deeply appreciated since it makes me feel heard in being able to try different contacts. The pricing is so much cheaper than a typical office for the same level of quality. The doctor takes his time to check my eyes and perform the tests.

If you call there is a recording that says, go to the website to book an appointment. The website allows you to book an appointment but says it's for a 'complete exam'. There's no way to know what a 'complete exam' is because the options are 'eyeglass exam' or 'contact lens exam'. Neither of these options allow you to book an exam. So their website isn't functional and they never answer their phones. They wasted my time having me go through the steps and I didn't get an appointment or any answers. I will try and make sure that people know that unless you go in person, you're wasting your time. So I wasted more of my time writing this review in the hopes that others just look for a different optometrist to save themselves the hassle. You're welcome.
