I've been going to Dr. Etwarhu, since he started practicing on La casa via in Walnut Creek with Dr. Reidel. Dr Etwarhu is terrific, perhaps the best Opthamoligist I've ever seen. However, his front office staff is the worse. They're unprofessional, discourteous, abrupt, rude, condescending and make appointments for patients such as myself, without asking for permission to do so nor sending out reminders. I've chosen to never go back, and explained to the phone person that it was because of the unprofessional of the office staff. She promptly hung up on me, which is what I expected her to do. Unfortunately Dr. Etwarhu won't even know why I'm not coming back, nor will he realize how inept his staff is. It's a shame because he's a great Dr., who doesn't deserve this type of behavior from his front office staff.
