I have been a client here for many years. My mom was the one who introduced me to this place and she has been going to this place for over a decade as well and in the recent years, they have been extremely unhelpful and making both my mom and I jump through extra hoops just to get something like a single pair on contacts to wear while new glasses are being ordered. They speak with condescending tones and after all the money we have spend their as a family, we will be leaving. One start was generous. Very unfortunate. Not a way to treat patients who have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there. Highly do not recommend going here.

LV optometry was quick to reply to my inquiry about an eye health exam compared to other places. I was able to book an appointment within a day and I had a great experience. The exam was very thorough which I really appreciated and the doctors were informative on all the tests that were done. I found a pair of glasses from their large inventory and placed an order with them. I would highly recommend LV optometry for your needs anytime!

Lily and Victoria have been my optometrists for a decade and they are not only efficient and professional (30 minutes and you're done), they're also very friendly and knowledgeable. L&V provide valuable eye health advice in addition to vision correction, and they maximize your insurance coverage and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband got a pair of glasses here. He paid about $600 out of pocket, thinking that glasses were important to him and good quality mattered. However, after waiting for weeks, what he got was disappointing. When he got home, he felt that the glasses were causing discomfort. They were not well adjusted. Moreover, he found that the glass pieces were not properly attached to the frame! He has been wearing glasses for decades and never had such an experience. Not to mention that the pairs of glasses he had before only cost a fraction of this one. Now he had to wait for another 4-6 weeks to have them fixed.

The ladies that work here are super nice and care tremendously for your eyes. I've been going here for 3 years now and will continue to make future purchases.

Nice people and nice attitude but they let you pay more and more money even you just want to take eyes exam only.....sad.

So kind and welcoming. Professional. Easily the best optometrist I've ever been to.
