The worst optometrist experience I've ever had -- rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
I went in with my nephew hoping for a simple, respectful eye exam, and instead got treated like we were an inconvenience. The optometrist was short, cold, and had zero patience. There was absolutely no patient manners, it honestly felt like she didn't even want to be there.
Don't be fooled by the quick appointment times -- there's a reason her schedule is wide open.
Save yourself the frustration and find a doctor who actually cares about their patients. Waiting a few extra weeks for someone else will be worth every minute.

Great experience for my first eye exam. I really liked how the doctor showed me the photos of my eye and explained each part of it. They also helped explain each thing they were checking for using a model of an eye which helped me better understand the process. After the exam they were able to order my new glasses. I'd recommend this doctor for anyone looking for an eye exam in the Milpitas area.
