Vision Insight Optometry

We are always coming back to Vision Optometry for my family's Vision check up. We are very much pleased with the friendly doctors and staffs. Kudos to all the attentive staffs despite the very busy days. Special thanks to Jay who have assisted us for 2 straight years already. Very knowledgeable and going above and beyond! Highly recommended!

Definitely strong recommended to my co-workers, family and friends. I don't know for the other reviews. but Ms. Tracy M was beside her professionalism service was perfect she did a good job to make me satisfied to pick the right eye glasses for me. Thank you Tracy. And also I wanna thanks to Dr. Judy Tran, O.D. For making sure that I'm healthy explain to me properly step by step to make understand my health thank you.

This place has truly declined. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I am just so disappointed with the service here now. I dropped off a pair of glasses last week to get my prescription lenses and I dropped them off before they closed. I was told somebody would call me the next day to give me the details because the registers were closed. No one called me. My first issue is that they lack integrity here. The second they told me that they wouldn't notify me in a week and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the lack of ability to communicate. I'm still waiting on my glasses and it's obvious that they don't care about my business.

Long overdue review, since this happened on September 15, 2025. I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews unless it's really necessary--but this place definitely deserves one. I've been a customer here for a couple of years now, and not just me my boyfriend as well. Although the service hasn't always been great during our past visits, we usually just let it go and move on with our day. However, my last visit on September 15 was a different story. I called in the morning to ask if there was any availability for an eye exam. They said no, but mentioned they accept walk-ins. I told them great, I'd be there before 12 PM. I arrived around 11:40 AM, checked in, and was told to walk around the mall-they'd call me when it was my turn. I didn't feel like walking around, so I just waited there quietly, not bothering anyone or making unnecessary conversation. I simply sat and minded my own business. A few minutes passed. Then 30 minutes. Then an hour. Then an hour and a half. I was still patiently waiting (most people would probably already be mad). After about 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was still sitting there, quietly waiting. One of the employees came and sat nearby, trying to make small talk. At first, it was just random chit-chat, but she could probably tell I wasn't in the mood. Eventually, she asked what I was doing after the eye exam. I told her I had another appointment at 3 PM-and by then, it was almost 2 PM. She said that after the current patient, there was still one more person ahead of me, and then it would be my turn. Mind you, there were two doctors working that day. As we were talking, one of the doctors went to lunch, and the employee casually said, "Ahhh, one of the doctors is going to lunch right now. Let's just schedule you for tomorrow." No apology. Nothing. The way she spoke to me was like we were friends or something, we're not :) Anyway, IF YOU'RE NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING WALK-INS, THEN DON'T OFFER THEM. Wasting people's time is not okay. I know this review probably won't change anything and you'll keep doing the same nonsense, but whatever-- won't be coming back to this place again.

Very accurate eye exam and I can see clearly without effort. A lot of choices for glasses frames too. Strongly recommended! BTW, there is usually a long waiting time (around two hours) for walk-in's. So I recommend making an appointment before your visit.

unfortunately they have pretty rude customer service amongst some of staff, especially the lead optician. Some were still professional and kind but overall I did not enjoy their customer service. Have been with them for some time but will happily go somewhere else

Vision Optometry has been extremely disappointing to deal with. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and was promised a specific pick-up date, but they failed to deliver on time. Even worse, no one bothered to call or update me when the sunglasses were ready. I had to reach out multiple times myself, only to be given false or conflicting dates. The lack of communication and reliability from this place shows poor customer service. I expected a professional experience, but this has been frustrating.

Dr. Vincent Nguyen was very professional and very patient with me. Turns out that I've been wearing the wrong prescription this whole time leaving me with significant eye strain over the years. Now I have a prescription that's actually suitable for me and allows me to wear them for a much longer time period. All staff were very professional and I received updates about my glasses via text message (thank you Cynthia!). I never waited more than 5 minutes and staff were very attentive. I was checked up on every 5-10 minutes while selecting glasses in the store. I will admit some of the prices are a bit high, but for the wide variety I can see why. Would definitely recommend Vision Insight Optometry to friends and family.
