I usually go into an optometry office and it's quick, a little vague, and I leave with new questions and concerns. Pearl Vision really helped me understand my eyes and they have great eyewear selection. I'm now bringing my daughter in, because a good environment for a toddler is a big thing! Horrible place!! Over charged frames and they over charged for AR coating (which my insurance covers) also tried charging me $100 for a "process fee" (WTH??) and got my husband's prescription wrong!! After waiting 3 weeks to get them he had to leave them there to be re-done!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Don't let them rip you off! Find a different Dr that is honest!

This place tried to rip me off by slipping in a "$100 processing fee" on my bill PLUS charging me $85 for "supreme AR coating" when my insurance covers AR coating. They also tried charging me $150 for the picture they take of behind your eyeball which my insurance also covers!! You should have seen the thefts face when I brought it to her attention PRICELESS!! What she didn't know is that I used to work in Optometry and was on to her! Don't go here! There is an Optometrist on every corner....find one that is honest. I will be making a formal complaint with EyeMed about this place!! Oh and they got my husbands prescription glasses wrong! After wait how 3 weeks he had to give them back and wait even longer What a joke!! Stay far far away from this place
