I'm so glad I found this place. I had a pair of glasses that other shops told me couldn't be repaired, and he fixed them in less than an hour. The service is fast, honest, and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. He has more than 30 years of experience which I found really cool.
He also made me a new pair of lenses the same day, which was amazing because everywhere else said it would take a week. The prices are fair and the quality is way better than the big chain stores. This is the best place in Orange county for anything eye wear related. The craftsmanship is seriously impressive. I'll definitely be coming back anytime I need repairs or new lenses. Highly recommend!

This experience left me feeling genuinely upset and taken advantage of.
I trusted this business with my favorite glasses and was quoted different prices for the same repair, then required to prepay nearly $90. I was told it was "express," yet it took over a week, and I never received a call when it was ready. I had to follow up multiple times.
Communication was dismissive and stressful. Calls were short and rude in tone, and I was repeatedly asked to come in on very short notice despite explaining that I work most of the time.
When I finally received my glasses, one leg was a completely different color and noticeably longer than the other. I was never told this would happen. On top of that, the glasses were returned dirty, with fingerprints all over the lenses and frame.
When I called to say I was unhappy with the mismatched colors, I was told it would cost an additional $65 to fix something I was never warned about in the first place.
These were my favorite frames, and I wanted to wear them to my best friend's wedding. Now I won't be wearing them at all. I felt misled and disappointed and would not recommend this business.

I can't recommend ExpressVision in Mission Viejo enough! This place is litterly so amazing, God bless. I have really thick glasses lenses and desperately wanted to make them as thin as possible, Steve did just that. I was amazed at how quickly they made my glasses. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about getting the perfect fit.
If you're in Orange County and need glasses or repairs, definitely go to express vision, no one was able to make my glasses lenses as thin as Steve was able to

Wow! What an amazing experience I had today at Express Vision! After being told by a "big box" store that my glasses were unfixable (not worth their time for the money I'm guessing) I called Express Vision and was given an appointment 45 minutes later, my glasses were completely fixed to perfection 45 minutes after that and the charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend.. thank you!
