I made an appointment to be seen by an Optometrist for an eye exam and order new glasses.
It's been over 5 years since my last visit.
I love the location of Pearle Vision. Very convenient to where I live and shop.
The exam was very thorough. Dr. Lee was very pleasant and I loved that I could inquire about Upneeq and Qlosi. I was able to try Upneeq and decided to purchase the drops.
Nanette, was very good explaining my Vision Benefits and I was excited to know I was also able to buy Sunglasses at a discount.
Customer service is phenomenal and the location is extremely clean with a nice selection of products!

Pearle Vision in Mission Viejo is a fantastic choice for families in need of eye care. We recently brought our entire family of five in for eye exams and were thoroughly impressed.
The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially with our youngest who was a bit nervous. They took the time to explain every step of the process, making him feel comfortable and relaxed. Even with a full house, the office felt organized and well-lit.
I was impressed by the wide variety of frames available, from everyday glasses and name brand to stylish sunglasses. They also have cool new tech style frames that have Bluetooth for your phone and frames that transition to new colors! The fact that they accept insurance is a huge plus! While they are closed on Wednesdays, their availability during the rest of the week is convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this optometry office to others.

Unfortunately we're going to have to look for a new vision place. The pricing has increased recently and in addition, there is a new "processing fee" of $99 for each pair of glasses you order. I asked about why this was added and there's no good reason - just a new fee! I give 5 stars for the wonderful staff and location, but only one star for pricing, so that averages out to 3 stars. Hopefully management will read this and take off the new fee and try to get prices back to a reasonable range.
