The most horrible nightmare company I have ever dealt with. They are still trying to bill my vision insurance 16 months later for an exam & service that has already been fully paid for (in fact, I was overcharged by $300). My former optometrist is Dr. Mark Chung in West Hollywood and I will never, ever return because unfortunately he parternered-up with Total Vision. Beware of this company.

The team at Total Vision is a pleasure to work with. From specialty services like myopia control and dry eye treatment to eye exams and glasses, they offer comprehensive care to meet all your vision needs. The optometrists are knowledgable and I find I learn so much about eye health from them.

I have been a customer of Griffen Opt in San Clemente for over 30 years. Really too bad they hooked up with total vision. I have now been double billed twice. I will be looking for a new Optometrist. Such a shame.

Terrible. This company is so so terrible. They don't answer the phone and when you leave a message to make a payment they don't return you calls. Too bad they are the main office for Griffin Optometrics.

Had to get my glasses replaced 3 times because they didn't know which frame could go with the lense I wanted.

Really bad company. Have been calling for weeks and no response.

I recently went to this optical place for an eye exam without insurance, and they told me I needed glasses, so I trusted their judgment and spent $600 on a pair. After waiting three long weeks for them to arrive, everything looked blurry and wrong the moment I put them on. When I returned to the store hoping for a refund, they flatly refused--no returns, no money back. Instead, they suggested I pay out of pocket for another exam as a "second opinion," with the vague promise they might help afterward. Frustrated but determined, I did exactly that with a different doctor, who confirmed I don't need any prescription at all. I sent them the new report as proof, expecting a full refund, but they still wouldn't budge. Their only concession was to let me turn the unnecessary glasses into sunglasses for a credit. With no other options left, I reluctantly took them up on that offer--only for it to drag on another three weeks with the glasses still not returned to me. It's obvious their initial exam was inaccurate, their staff refused to take responsibility, and corporate clearly doesn't care enough to make it right. I won't be going back, and I'd strongly advise anyone else to steer clear unless you're okay with the very real risk of being misled, overcharged, and left with no resolution.
