It was finally time to get some glasses. After 34 years my eye's have had it!! I went through tons of reviews like I always do to help make a good selection and found Dr. Hinkleys office. With Covid-19 they are taking extreme precautions for your safety ( do be patient) and the office is immaculate! The staff is wonderful and helpful with KAYLA being the highlight of my visit! Dr. James is also a breath of fresh air, very knowledgeable, welcoming and so kind. If your looking for an optometrists or looking for a new one this place is amazing!! 3 steps to follow before your scheduled appt. 1. Have a mask 2. Have your own pen 3. Call when you are outside so they can check temp. Remember this is all for you and there safety!! Also forgot they have an amazing selection of Versace, Gucci, Tom Ford and so much more!!

I have been a client of Dr. Hinkley for over 10 years. I appreciate him and all his staff, from the first step in the door you are noticed about are welcomed with great cheer and genuine care. The waite is very short to start your testing, fitting or repair of glasses. Myself and my wife will continue to be loyal customers with Dr. Hinkley.

Back in 2017 it took three tries for this office to get my lens in my glasses to the correct view. I was treated as if I was making this all up. (Other than by Dr. Hinkley) last thing I wanted to do was make unnecessary visits to get this corrected. I can understand coming back in for one redo but not three. There is one office staff member in particular that interrupts while you talk and will not listen to you as a patient. My son commented that he has never heard me so upset with a doctors office. That is because I've never ever been treated poorly as a patient by any other office. I am returning back to my previous office as I only had switched to this office due to my very close work location by Hinkley's office.

Dr Hinkley is professional and his eye exams are thorough with state of the art eye testing equipment.
