I always have a wonderful experience with this eye doctor and the entire office staff. From the moment I walked in, I always feel welcomed and well cared for. They are always incredibly thorough, patient, and always take the time to clearly explain everything, which really puts me at ease. I never feel rushed, and all of my questions are always answered thoughtfully. It's clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

From checking in, the staff receptionist were both friendly! The wait time wasn't as long when I got seen by Dr. Antonio.
It had been about 2 years since I last went for my checkup. Dr. Antonio was also super friendly! She explained my update with my prescription and also asked if I had any questions.
Elsa who helped me pick out my glasses was also super friendly and helpful! I'll continue to use this location as my go-to for my optometrist! Thank you to the team at Kajioka Optometry!

I've always had a wonderful experience here. My whole family has been coming here for many years, and we've always had a wonderful visit. I usually always see Keith Kajioka, but this time was different. I was a little skeptical because the family and myself are used to seeing Keith, and this time we had seen Nicole. I didn't even know that they had another eye doctor there until after asking. She has been there for two years, helping out Keith. Nicole was wonderful!!!
Overall, I would highly recommend the both of them, Keith and Nicole. Very professional, very kind, and very knowledgeable eye doctors.
The last thing I will say is this...
I genuinely love how they ALWAYS text me at the end of the year reminding me to use the last of my FSA/HSA monies so this way I don't loose the opportunity to use those funds. No other doctors office has ever done this.

The Doctor Who assisted me with my eye issues was AMAZING. She took her time with me and she explained her findings and how to help me to improve my vision. The young lady who did my exams was also AMAZING , I showed up earlier than my appointment time and she said that she would take me back to do my exam then.Then the lady who helped me with getting a second pair of glasses was AMAZING also!! I will recommend this practice to everyone.
