I have tried calling this office and left voicemails, but they fail to call me back and it's been 1 week. I just had a general question and I even thought about going in person. Looking at their reviews and mostly 1 star or bad experiences told by others ... I've changed my mind. Unfortunately it seems this office needs to be better with customer service and attend their patients with being helpful and meet their needs. Satisfaction is the goal

Getting an appointment to see a doctor here is nearly impossible if you have an insurance on the "lower end" and will be treated horribly. The receptionist will give you the run around, and is completely rude. They take your information and claim they will speak with the doctor and call you back with an appointment, but the thing is they never do. I have tried several times to make an appointment and get this run around. You eventually call them back to follow up and yet again the receptionist is very rude, and will put you on hold for a very long time. Then she comes back and sets an appointment for you for literally 8 months down the line. Being unable to see the doctor in a decent amount of time I had to go to the hospital for treatment. While there, the doctor from the ER spoke with a doctor at this facility to set an appointment, I was siting right there when this call took place. I called the morning of the appointment as I had a question, only to be told by the SAME receptionist that my appointment was never made. I explained to her how the ER doctor made it and she responded by saying "that doesn't count" and they don't go by that, and that all appointments must be made by the patient. Are you serious with that? She again told me she would talk to the doctor and see when an appointment would be made available. Here we are a week later and still have not received any call or anything from them. This is absolutely ludicris and ridiculous. If you're looking for an eye doctor and don't have that great of insurance I would highly recommend going elsewhere as this facility will treat you like a lower class citizen.

Terrible office. The girls at the front desk are rude and no help what so ever. Everything about this office is inconvenient. Long wait times. You can't get an appointment in a timely manner. They hang up or drop your call after waiting on hold for hours. They don't return voicemails. Referral department is incompetent. They don't have glasses so plan on paying out of pocket. The absolute worst office in the area. Save yourself the headache. They don't care about patients.

why have an optometrist center in modesto but the person who can order the glasses only goes to stockton and manteca. makes no sense, and if you know very little about where to get glasses from you're stuck having to do the drive ( please go to the firmoo website for low cost, good quality frames and lenses), no friendly customer service, and a 2.3 star review on Google. Please save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere. only nice thing i have to say abt it, they were playing 101 dalmations last time i went and the environment is very quiet and serene.

This is unacceptable. We would not recommend this place at all . They are unprofessional and horrible on time management not to mention their horrible phone services to make an appointment you can never get a hold of them so don't waste your time.

Honestly, it was a horrible experience throughout the process. I received no helpful guidance to assist with my cataract surgery. The results were not what I or the doctor expected. He claimed I wouldn't need glasses, I did. I still see better with the eye I didn't get surgery on. I was given the wrong prescription twice. Their last concern is what you have to say. They have a year-long waitlist for glasses, so I had to buy them from some other company and still can't see because the prescription wasn't done right. Can't get an eye exam from another place before the 6-month mark after surgery. This is genuinely the worst experience I had, and I generally understand when things don't go as planned. But after constant bad treatment, I have simply realized the doctor doesn't care. So if you want a doctor who cares look elsewhere

I have not been to this center yet to comment on any other service, and this review is for the way I was treated on phone while making an appointment for my son. The representative was very well behaved and nice lady. She tried every possible way to help me and schedule the appointment. She even tried to reschedule my appointment that I already had, to the Modesto center which is near to us. I liked one thing about her that she tried to remind me of my appointment in Tracy center for which it was not possible for her to send me confirmation message. It was a very Responsible Act. Still Not Sure If This Even Exists It's been 10 days with no response. I've called multiple times, spent hours on hold, only to get an automated message saying no one is available and that someone will call me back. No one ever does. It doesn't matter what time of day I try, they simply don't respond. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
