Doctor Brian Lenser is very good doctor. He is very busy and great surgeon. Who ever is running his office should make sure all files are correct. He has lots of help but they are so busy with patients. The office manager is very good but she needs to keep track of all files and make sure they agree with Doctor Lenser's surgery notes. That's all.

So I must say I was skeptical about this office after reading the reviews. I don't know if something changed but, I was very happy with his office staff and with Dr. Lenser. He explained the different lenses and at first I said no. After talking with his scheduling person she explained how the Toric lenses would work for my astigmatism . I went home and studied the pros and cons. I decided to pay the extra and it was an excellent choice. Thank you Dr. Lenser and staff. I can't wait to get the second cataract surgery done.

Even during all this Covid fiasco, I found the service in this office to be top notch and very efficient, even with trainees from a local business college on board. No waiting on the phone, in house or in being seen by Dr. Lenser. I appreciated that there were no surprises with him during my two cataract surgery pre- and post-appointments. I was given an overview of what would happen, what lens choices I had and the differences they would give as well as any charges (since I chose the "Cadillac" of lenses). I was even told by his office staff that my insurance would no longer cover the surgical suite, though I had previous authorization before the rule went into effect. Surgery was quick and efficient with results of 20/20 after a lifetime of wearing glasses. I am extremely pleased with the way my patient care was handled and with the results. Would highly recommend Dr. Brian Lenser to anyone.

Went to use laser on my husband wrong eye. Then was told he needed cataract surgery in both eyes. And would need to pay 1500.00 copayment.when I questioned them about the money and I call insurance. Funny they called us back and said we would owe nothing. We told them to cancel his surgery. She said even now when you won't owe anything. We didn't trust them anymore went to another Doctor and was told my husband didn't need cataract surgery. Very upsetting

I have been a patient for 5 years and find the office efficient and well run. Dr Lenser is very trustworthy and knowledgable. Doctor has always treated me kindly and respectfully. I would recommend him to any who are looking for a good eye specialist.

Not crazy about this doctor, but his office staff is even worse! They don't know what they're doing. They quoted me three different prices in two minutes for the same visit. They won't give you a printout of what you're paying for. They sit there and jabber with each other in a language other than English. I'm not against other languages. I am a foreign language teacher, but in an office setting, it's very unprofessional. And yes, like someone else mentioned, they keep you waiting forever. I'm going to look for a new doctor.

Have had eye issues most of my adult life. Have been to opthalmologists on east and west coasts. By far Dr. B. Lenser is the best. He is very thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. He performed my second cataract surgery and, unlike the first, I experienced no complications and a quick recovery. I highly recommend Dr. B. Lenser .

Take note of the negative reviews - this doctor obviously over books for the revenue. Even with my mother's appointment today we waited 1hr 30mins before she saw the dr, other patients who have waited over an hour plus in the back in a small dark waiting room said this was their last visit here. Then you wait in the examination room - one Dr, too busy, Staff doesn't know how to smile and are not courteous. Oh but quick to reschedule you for a follow up before you leave. This Dr also quickly diagnosed my husband to have his eyelids done and a second opinion said he didn't need it! If you come here, go for a second opinion. My Mom is in her late 80's she's not coming back either!
