My doctor was very nice and took her time to explain my vision and eye health and answered all my questions. It was thorough. The glasses sales tech was nice and walked around finding the glasses that suited me. Price was fair and I appreciated the Kaiser members discount since I have an astronomical deductible as it is.

She was more focused on her next appointment than helping me. I had 4 pair of glasses that needed my latest prescription. The cost for my Ray Bans lens replacement was expensive. I acknowledge that time is of the essence for all appointments it I expect better service and focus as a member and former employee.

Waited over 20 minutes to get into see doctor. Dr has no assistant so wait times are longer. Appointment had to be booked over 3 months in advance. Just ridiculous. Doctor was awesome as always!
